I woke up feeling well rested to the familiar and lovely sight of crimson hair accompanied with blonde on my other side.
Rias and I didn't do our usual nighttime rituals because of Asia.
As exciting as it might have been, we didn't want the pure girl to wake up to a sight that would have caused angels in the previous world to fall.
When I woke up, I checked my reputation rewards.
And fair to say, there were plenty of them waiting for me.
This whole plan had been laid out for more than one and a half months.
It was really fulfilling to see it come into fruition and in such a magnificent way.
I checked the rewards from the completed quests first.

I have a bonus of 30 levels now.
They come in real handy with the last 10 levels. Level 90 to level 100 is a pain in the ass to level.

The rest were Relationship rewards.
Rayleigh and Shanks had been capped and my Conqueror's Haki jumped to Legendary because of it.
Roger funnily was at 99.
Ace's Reputation increased to 90 as well.
The most interesting thing was that many of the names from the Roger Pirates also appeared on the Relationship lists.
Robin was capped with her affection as well and I got the knowledge to read ancient languages on the Poneglyphs.
The Reputation with the Marines was weird to say the least.
It had dropped in the negatives but had all floated back to above 50 after the healing stunt.
That was a good choice.
All I got were stat crystals however because people other than Garp and Sengoku didn't have any Legendary Ranked Haki and thus couldn't help mine increase.
My Observation and Armament will start with almost 50% experience if I start the upgrade quest.
The sheer number of people on the Affection and Reputation reward list is astonishing.
The Gacha Tokens have gathered to ten now including the Rare and Epic Gacha.

The draw was quite nice.
I sensed movement on my side and saw Rias waking up.
I kissed her lightly on her lips and then we looked at Asia.
The girl must have been truly exhausted yesterday if she was still sleeping.
I caressed her hair slowly.
"Today will be another tiring day. The cleanup of the incident will be massive." I complained.
"It will. The three territories in Wano that were gifted to us are all in extremely bad shape. The land has been left unsuitable for any kinds of plants due to the industries. The rivers are full of chemicals. The 'SMILE'. I had the urge to kill those people when I saw the situation for myself."
"I will make something to cure that. For the water, let's see if Ingvild can do something and for the land, I think Kuroka would have a way with her artefact….maybe. If not, we can slowly try to make the place regain its fertility. The main problem is the people."
"I have something in mind for that." she said and I looked at her.
"The Kuja"
"Hmm?"
"The Kuja are a warrior tribe. Sure there are people who do various chores but at their core, they are warriors. Now that you have established an image of not aligning with Pirates, Hancock cannot loot the islands if she wants to maintain a good relations with you. I have decided to help her with her problem. The Kuja can act as the army and the guards of the territories we get. We can provide them with enough salaries, better training, and better weapons. They already owe you a lot for the potions and consider you their saviour. They will agree to that. Moreover, Kuroka has been assigned to talk with the Tontatas and she has secured a deal after rescuing their princesses. They will help us grow the medicines and herbs we need as long as we protect them, do not exploit them and treat them with respect. I have also added a salary for them and an entire town for them to live. They will take care of the land to some extent if they can get the required materials."
"That is quite well thought off. Awesome job." I hugged her tighter. "I will try to whip up something then. What of the pirate groups and the samurai?"
"Yamato has taken control of a large part of the survivors. She said she can control them so I gave her the chance. We cannot say no to free labour right now. As for the samurai, they are busy building the other three territories. I had asked if they wanted a place in our territories but it turns out that most of the samurai had lost their lives and the ones who fought were from the Kozuki Clan supporters. They are rebuilding those territories. The Minks are helping them. Hancock asked me if we could bring Amazon Lily to Wano?"
"Bringing Amazon Lily to Wano? If we can get Shiki's fruit then why not."
"I wonder what today's newspaper will be like."
"Me too."
"I wonder how the World Government are reacting right now. They must be running around trying to do damage control."
"Yeahhhhh….about that….I don't think that will happen. My Queen kinda changed the video feed and the messages they were receiving from the Den Den Mushi. They think that after I fought Kaido, Whitebeard attacked and was defeated and killed along with Ace."

"So they…."
"Still don't know what happened. He even made sure that they didn't notice the hole through the Redline. The so-called Holy City is completely isolated with only information from my Queen."
"He is scary but then again knowing his background, it is surprising if he wasn't. How do you even keep someone like him?"
"He is loyal. As Loyal as Jibril, Shion and Sakuya.
"I would like to meet him sometime."
"Well he was in the meeting room yesterday for one."
"HE WAS?"
"He is very good at hiding."
"Why are you even hiding him? He could make your standing increase among our faction if he was revealed."
"Hmm….and could cause problems with Heaven and the Church. Anyways, he's doing some spywork for me. Him revealing his identity is not convenient right now."
- Shanks –
Shanks looked at the newspaper, eyes wide at the news he had read.
Beside him his Vice Captain had his cigar dropped from his mouth as he watched the news.
"That brat….he did all that?"
"Those girls were that strong? What are they Shanks? Are there really Gods in this world?"
Shanks kept quiet as he saw what was written about Captain Roger. Shin, his junior, had gone and turned the world upside down, torn off the face of the World Government to clear the name of Captain Roger.
"They will come after him like nothing ever seen." Yassop said as he opened a bottle of beer.
"Maybe….if they have the guts to do that. That girl….she tore a hole through the Redline….that's….if they really dare to face that…."
"They might try assassinations. Those CP0 tried suicide bombing them along with the entire Marineford. I bet they had no idea that all of that was being broadcasted. That said I doubt that would have changed their decision. They could very well sneak someone onto Wano and try to suicide bomb the entire island after this."
"That…."
The whole environment calmed down at Beckman's suggestion.
"What do you think Shanks?"
"Hmm. I….I will support our allies till the last breath. A free world. Isn't that what we came to the sea in search of? Now someone is trying to make one, my own junior. It wouldn't do well for me to back out."
"So what do we do?" Lucky Roo asked.
"We….our allies kicked Marine butts. Obviously we party."
"LET'S PARTY."
- Whole Cake Island –
"THOSE BASTARDS….HOW DARE THEY INSULT MOTHER CARAMEL!." The entire Whole Cake Island was being suppressed by an insane Conqueror's Haki as Charlotte Linlin raged over the perceived insult of her adoptive mother.
"Mom, that news was true though. We conf…."

"Mother Caramel would never do something like that. These bastards are trying to drag her name through the mud. I WILL KILL THEM!."
Katakuri on the side was thinking of a way to clear the mess. He had seen the news and knew that Pirate Hunter Shin hates pirates, especially ones who are like their pirate group. He could fight Kaido casually and destroy him. Their pirate group wouldn't stand a chance against his crew. Those monsters. They could tear a hole through the Redline and split the entire sea on their whims. If they really fought, all his siblings would die. He had to think of a way to prevent that from happening."
"PEROSPERO, PREPARE FOR WAR. FIND OUT WHERE THOSE BASTARDS ARE. I WILL KILL THEM MYSELF."
"Y-yes Mom."
He looked at the smile on Perospero's face and understood what was going on in his brother's mind. He wanted Mom to die in the war to take control of their pirate group.
He clenched his hands tightly as he looked at the terrified looks of his other siblings. Mom would never let this situation go.
What could he do?
- Sengoku –
He crushed the newspaper in his hand.
Everything was over.
The reputation of the Marines and the World Government all torn to shreds.
The Den Den Mushi were not shut off.
The whole world had seen what was going on in Marineford.
He had thought that he could maybe twist the truth a bit to bring the Marines out of this mess but now….there was no chance.
It had all begun with Dio Brando
He looked at the bluish black piece of stone in the middle of the Marine Training Grounds.
DIO BRANDO.
That bastard.
- Flashback –
After Shin had returned back with his crew, Sengoku had asked all the soldiers to gather the dead.
Although the injured were almost all healed, the dead were still….dead.
He was actually already incredibly thankful that Shin had asked for the injured to be healed.
That girl….she could heal an entire army.
With her….did they even stand a chance?
The Fleet Admiral part of his brain told him that she needed to be captured and used or killed as soon as possible but the other part of his brain forcibly suppressed that impulse. How would they even attack the girl? Capture her? Anyone who tries to do so will be a smear on the wall.
As he was thinking of this, a thick mist covered the training grounds once more.
The people were enveloped by a familiar chill down their spines.
"Hahahaha that was an incredible show now, wasn't it?"
That accursed Dio Brando stood in the sky once more.
He couldn't even curse anymore. Already too exhausted from the whole ordeal.
"Aree, why so glum people? Didn't enjoy the show? I thought it was spectacular. Infact I think it's worthy of going down in history." He waved his hands as the dust collected in one place.
Sengoku and all the others around him took a stance to defend against any surprise attacks but the dust instead formed a bluish black block of stone. A hauntingly similar box of stone. A Poneglyph.
Words were etched on the Poneglyph in both the current language and the ancient script….detailing everything that happened here.
"There….now it can be remembered properly."
"WHY? WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS? WHAT DID WE EVER DO TO DESERVE THIS!? WHY PLAN ALL THIS!?" Someone from the Marines finally broke.
"Plan? Do I really look like a man with a plan? Oh no no. You know what I am? I am a dog chasing a bike. I wouldn't know what to do with it if I caught it. You know I just do things. The Marines have plans, the World Government has plans….Im has plans. They are schemers. Schemers trying to control this little world. I am not a schemer. I try to show the schemers how pathetic….their attempts to control things really are. So….when I say….when I say all this was nothing personal, You'll know that I am telling the truth."
An ominous silence spread all over the place.
"It's the schemers that put you in this situation. YOU were a schemer. YOU had plans….and look where that got you. I just did what I do best. I took your plan and I turned it on itself. Look what I did to your Marines with a few pieces of sea stone and a few Den Den Mushi."
"Hmm. You know what I noticed….nobody panics when things go according to plan. Even if the plan is horrifying. If tomorrow I tell the world that a pirate will die….or a Marine ship will be destroyed….nobody panics, because it's all part of the plan. BUT….when I say that one little celestial dragon will die, everyone loses their minds!."
Sengoku got a severe chill from the words.
This man was insane.
It was not his power that made him dangerous.
No.
It was his very being.
This was….
This man was a complete psycho.
"Introduce a little anarchy. Upset the established order and everything becomes chaos. I am an agent of chaos. Oh, and you know one thing about chaos." He leaned forward. "It's fair."
He rose to the sky. " . haha….ahahahahahaha."
Everyone watched in awe and horror as the mist wrapped around him and then blasted outward and with it Dio Brando was gone, leaving a reminder of their loss.
- Flashback End –
Everyone looked as if they had lost their life. There was no light in their eyes. One war had utterly crushed the spirits of the Marines.
He didn't think that even a World Conscription would yield them more soldiers this time.
"Sengoku, what shall we do?" Tsuru sat down on the couch in his office. Garp was already there but he didn't say anything. The words yesterday had hurt him and Zephyr more than anything.
He already had their resignations on his desk although he didn't accept them or the Marines will fall apart. Honestly if he wasn't the Fleet Admiral, he would have resigned too.
The worst part was that the World Government wasn't even receiving any of their calls.
The path to climb up to Mariejois had been destroyed in the Angel girl's attack. The cable car's paths have been destroyed too and now they are not receiving their calls.
The reasons why he wasn't sending anyone up there was because….well they couldn't(Kizaru had been the only one who could and he had his Devil Fruit stolen) and because they had received a call from CP0 to not send people to Mariejois until this whole mess was solved.
"I am already getting calls from all over the world. There have been riots everywhere. Many marines have resigned from their jobs. Several countries are revolting. I….I have no idea what to do."
"We do what Marines should do. Catch pirates." Zephyr stood up from his place. "If we pretend not to see and just sit here, will our justice forgive us? I am done carrying someone else's justice on my back. I had joined the Marines to help normal people and I will do that. If the Marines and the World Government doesn't accept it….then I am leaving." Zephyr was probably the one most affected by yesterday's events.
"Ah Zephyr, wait for me too. I'll go with you. It has been a long time since I caught some pirates. See ya, Sengoku." Garp got up as well and left the room behind Zephyr.
Sengoku sank into his seat, sighing.
The worst part was that this was only the beginning and he knew it.
"FLEET ADMIRAL. We have people from Impel Down. There has been a breakout." A soldier came rushing into the office.
Sengoku's heart almost stopped on hearing the news.
"WHAT! Explain quickly. What do you mean by a breakout?"
"T-that, Blackbeard….Shichibukai Blackbeard entered Impel Down and caused a riot. He was injured mutually in a fight with Warden Magellan but was able to escape with the rest. We….we didn't get any news because all communication were cut off to Marineford."
Sengoku slammed his hand on the table, breaking it into pieces.
It's just one thing after another.
"Who escaped?"
"S-sir…."
"WHO ESCAPED?"
"S-sir….all the prisoners of the sixth floor."
Sengoku felt the world spinning around him suddenly.
- Shin –
"You went back to Marineford again?" Law asked as he saw the newspaper.
We were eating breakfast. Asia had woken up a bit later and blushed like Rias' hair.
She stuttered badly but calmed down soon after a kiss to her forehead and a hug.
The real fun began when the blanket on us fell and she realized that Rias was wearing nothing.
She passed out.
"Yes, I had to make sure of a few things."
"I heard that you dropped a Poneglyph there? One that was made in front of them?"
"I did. I copied the designs of the ones I had and made one where yesterday's battle was described. The Marines will have something to continuously remind them of their sins."
"Honestly, I am surprised that there is no news about your bounty in today's newspaper."
"You think they would dare?" Meridith commented at Law's statement.
"I'm pretty sure that it's because the World Government doesn't know what's going on yet. I made sure all the messages going to Mariejois was controlled. They will get the news by today or tomorrow at best."
"That's….wow."
"What about Doflamingo?" Law asked, coming to the real topic.
"He will be reaching Dressrossa today. I will leave him to you. You think you could take him on?"
"I will."
"I will come with you too."
He nodded but didn't say anything.
"I wonder what became of Blackbeard?" take a bit of her food, Rias asked this time.
I smiled. "Well….after barely escaping from Magellen, severely poisoned, Blackbeard ran into Dio who was returning from Marineford. Let's say, the Dark Dark Fruit was very appetizing for Restia, who was a high level Darkness Spirit herself. She is in a deep sleep, trying to assimilate all that power. I think she might gain a significant boost from it when she wakes up."
"So Blackbeard?"
I brought out a marble from my inventory. "Will be handed over to Whitebeard."
She nodded.
We talked about many things and after breakfast, went on to our work today.
- Scene Change –
I stood in Dressrosa with Law and Issho behind me.
"I guess you have questions for me, Mr. Issho?"
"Young Sir is perceptive."
"Please ask away."
"Is the Young Sir working with Dio Brando?"
Oh, right to the point.
My bullshitting skill has upgraded to Master after the stunt I pulled yesterday.
"No."
He looked surprised. His Observation Haki must have registered this as a truth because it technically is the truth. He turned his head in thought.
I continued, "I am Dio Brando."
His head snapped in my direction.
I just made a Shadow Clone and waved at him from the side.
"A little trick."
"This….So….you did all that to reveal the Marines and World Government's bad deeds?"
"I gave them a chance, Mr. Issho. Had they chosen to not arrest me, I wouldn't have raised a finger on them and would have only pointed out towards the World Government. It was a test of their justice and they failed. They didn't even question themselves. Sure some of them were reluctant but a reluctant murderer….is at the end, still a murderer. Are you disappointed." I looked at the man in thought.
"The people who died?"
"Were all the extremists who had civilian body counts comparable to pirates."
"….I see."
"What do you see when you observe this place Mr. Issho?"
The place in front of us looked as if it had suffered a war but the people in the area were very happy.
I didn't let him answer as I continued, "This is the place I was at before the Marineford War….well one of the places. Dressrossa was famous for toys working around the place and for looking like a place out of a fairy tale under the rule of Donquixote Doflamingo. The truth however is quite different."
"The toys were actually humans who were under the effect of the Hobby Hobby Fruit, a very special kind of Devil Fruit." Law carried off the explanations where I had left. "It can change people into toys….and erase them from the memories of the world." Issho halted. "People are forgotten by everyone. Their families, their lovers, their children even if they stand in front of them. That was the fate of the people living in Dressrosa. The Kingdom of darkness disguised as a fairy tale."
"And the World Government won't do anything about this?" he asked.
"No. They won't."
"Why? Are Shichibukai really that important?"
"It is not about being a Shichibukai. Donquixote Doflamingo has another identity. He is…..or rather was….a celestial dragon. He knows some secrets about the World Government that they might find inconvenient if found out. Compared to letting a kingdom suffer is nothing. They have done much worse before."
"And when was this found?"
"Take credit for revealing it and make a show of punishing Doflamingo while letting him go from the backdoor. An escape can happen anytime. At best the poor marines guarding him will be executed as a show of their seriousness."
"Did the Young Sir do all that to free this place?"
"Oh….it was surely a part of the plan. The real target however was a place in a much much worse condition than this."
He turned towards me.
"Wano. My target was Wano all along. The Beast Pirates do not exist anymore. They were wiped out when Kaido left to give Whitebeard a funeral."
Even as calm as the man was….I saw his mouth open slightly.
"Don't worry. I will take you to the place after we take care of the guest that is coming here." I looked towards the sea as my Observation Haki caught sign of a figure rushing towards the place at the quickest speed.
Law stepped forward, his sword drawn slightly. "I'll take care of it."
His voice however left no room for argument.
Law is far stronger than he was before. Getting trained by the Pirate King, training potions and grinding in the IDs made him grow far faster than was possible normally.
"Room."
A semi-transparent field spread out from his palm, extending and covering the sea in front of us.
The sheer size of the room was ginormous, covering half the city and the rest covering the sea in front of us.
"Shambles."
With that, Law flashed towards Doflamingo and another battle ensued.
I and Issho watched from a distance as the two fought over the sea. Doflamingo using his string which grasped the clouds which were supposedly seven thousand meters above. Like was there a sky island the entire way?
Law on the other hand kept on flashing up with his room and clashed with Doflamingo.
It was a very amazing battle.
Law tried to drown Doflamingo by inverting the sea above him but he cut it off using his strings and tried to catch Law to drown him.
In the distance, I saw a ship sailing towards the two men.
Apparently some members of the Donquixote pirates escaped. They were not exactly named though.
I saw them pointing their cannons towards Law.
I was about to move but this time Issho got up. "Young Sir fought yesterday and now another young man is fighting. This one feels a little left out so let this one take care of these pirates."
I smiled. "Sure."
And then it happened.
He drew the sword from his cane and smashed it down.
I felt it.
I looked above us.
Sure enough.
Damn that move is cool.
I mean sure I can tear a hole through a mountain but the visual effect of this move is something else.
Then again, I blame it on Madara.
That fucker made these a fad.
I heard the shouts of the people behind us as they looked into the sky.
Law and Doflamingo also looked towards the sky and quickly made their distance.
The clouds were torn apart and then it came.
A giant stone ball of flaming death rushing from the sky.
A meteor.
Law suddenly raced below the meteor and I realized what was happening.
At the very last moment, he changed the positions of himself and Doflamingo, bringing himself out of the range.
Doflamingo was very quick too. He spread his strings trying to tear through the meteor.
He even succeeded in cutting it into half….almost.
The meteor hit the man and then the sea.
He crashed into the sea below him, smashing it into the sea.
I sensed some powerful people racing towards us. Issho did too as he turned back.
"They are with us." I said and he put back his sword into his cane and sure enough I saw Dragon coming towards us with Sabo and a few of his men.
"Was that you?" he asked looking at the Tsunami that was surging up.
Law however cleaved the tsunami before it could properly rise.
"No. It was Mr. Issho lending Law a hand in dealing with Doflamingo."
He looked at the blind man beside me who just gave him a slight bow.
Before I could introduce them, I sensed Law coming towards us. He had apparently cut Doflamingo along with the Tsunami.
Now pieces of the Joker lay in front of us, each trying to move.
"YOU DID THAT?" He asked incredulously.
"It was Mr. Issho. He aimed for the ship though."
Law took a moment to look at the man and then thanked him.
"Mr. Dragon, Sabo, meet my new friend Mr. Issho." I went on to introduce them.
- Scene Change –
We spent some time talking to King Riku. The man kneeled in front of us to thank us. I even took the opportunity to get a hold of Violet's Devil Fruit spirit while giving her an artifact that would let her use her power without it.
Law took some time to talk to Violet and both of them took Baby 5 in.
Rebecca on the other hand finally met with her father.
Dragon convinced King Riku to join the Revolutionary Movement and with the news about the deeds of the World Government, King Riku also agreed.
We were finally sitting discussing further plans of the Revolutionary Army.
"The whole world is boiling. Among the thirty two countries that we have managed to contact in one day, twenty two have agreed to join us and those are only the countries from the Grand Line who directly got the news. This news will spread to all the blues and then finally to the entire world. We expect more counties to side with us. There are obviously some tyrants and cruel nobles who suppress the will of their people and the World Government helps them do so, so they will support the World Government even now. We will have to do something about these governments ourselves."
"The people need to awaken. You can take a horse to the water but you cannot make it drink. The people need to fight for freedom themselves or you will just be forcing your ideas on them."
They nodded and we discussed the next stock of the potions.
"Your medicines have helped a lot. We have a very strong base now and can defend the countries that support us against pirate attacks until they can grow and make an army for themselves. This will reduce their reliance on the Marines and give them the chance to free themselves from the World Government."
"I bet you will be getting some stiff competition from the Marines soon. They will try to reestablish their credibility and will be working harder."
"Good thing that the pirates will be contained then. Our fight was never against the Marines. We just want to overthrow the World Government's tyranny."
I suddenly had a thought and brought out my Laptop from my inventory.
I had some movies and decided to show one to Dragon.
Let's see how the World Government fares against the revolutionary ideas from other worlds.
"Say Mr. Dragon, would you watch a movie with me? I like this one particularly. It's called V for Vendetta."
And so the day went on with me filling the minds of the Revolutionary Army crazy ideas as I waited for Morgans to arrive at Dressrosa. The World Government will not be prepared for what I throw at them one by one.
- Scene Change –
I arrived at the new place in Wano which we were gifted.
Issho was taking a look around Dressrossa and Law was staying there to recruit Baby 5.
I did get Doflamingo's String String Fruit and got some really interesting information from his mind.
Morgans will be having a field day tomorrow.
I headed off to Whitebeard's base.
I had already informed everyone of what was going to happen there.

Hopefully by using Marineford as the new hub of the religion, we can use it as common grounds to repair our relationships with the countries and their people. You can still decline as Fleet Admiral but be warned it would be very unpopular and we will not get another chance like this.
Sengoku: Do you approve of this?
Tsuru: Personally no, but what I do know is that the brat is at least somewhat humble and he won't touch civilians, let him be hounded by his fame and hordes of civilians asking for his "blessings".

Author's Note:
I could have finished this chapter two days ago but I was not quite feeling well.
I realised that some of the reactions were already done in the previous chapter while some others will need a day or two more for Shin to reveal.
Whitebeard and the Whitebeard Pirates deserved their closure.
As for the Kuroka part, that's something I came up with recently.(Also I wanted some lemons). It's…. well wait for the next chapter.
As for Big Mom declaring a war? She is quite delusional.
I won't bore you all with a long chapter's note as I am not feeling quite well.
The next chapter will probably have Shin summoning Sona and the others and then a time skip for training because that was the main purpose of coming to this world in the first place.
I think I had mentioned it before but I won't be nerfing or holding Shin or any of his peerage members back after this time skip and when they return to the DxD world, things will start becoming fun.
The DxD world won't know what hit them.
