Scene opens during the party
Bunny is standing by the dessert table when a charming guy (a family friend of Aarav's mom) walks up. He's funny, flirty, and clearly interested.
> Guy (grinning): "You're the new girlfriend? I don't think I've seen anyone steal the spotlight like this since Aarav's college days."
Bunny laughs, flattered but still cautious.
From across the room, Aarav sees it. His smile fades.
> Aarav (thinking):
Why is he standing so close? And why is she smiling like that?
He walks over with a cool expression — jealousy simmering just beneath.
> Aarav (to the guy): "Everything okay here?"
Guy (smirking): "Just admiring your taste. She's... impressive."
Aarav (flatly): "She's not for admiration."
Then he gently takes Bunny's wrist and pulls her away.
> Bunny (whispering): "Aarav… jealous?"
Aarav (low, teasing but serious):
"I thought we were acting. But watching you laugh with him… didn't feel like acting."
They pause under the warm lights. Too close. Too real.
