Chapter 12 - Chapter 10.5: Bonus Chapter

Elarion Unveiled: The World Beyond the Blade

In the infinite expanse of the universe, there exist countless worlds, but few are as vibrant, as complex, and as ancient as the world of Elarion. It is a realm of magic, bloodlines, beasts, and endless paths to ascension. Governed by the unfathomable force known as the Evolution System, Elarion is a land where the strong shape the fate of nations, and the gifted climb the rungs of power toward godhood.

Yet, Elarion is not the only world. There are other worlds connected to it, some slumbering beyond the veil of time, others locked behind interdimensional barriers, awaiting their reintroduction into the narrative as the Everblood Ascendance saga unfolds.

---

The Evolution System

The Evolution System is an ancient and sentient mechanism that governs the path of cultivation and growth across the cosmos. When a being reaches the age of awakening—typically 15 years old in Elarion—they are judged by the system, and their classification is revealed:

Warrior

Mage

Hybrid Classes (e.g. Warrior-Mage)

Once classified, the aspirant may choose a specific class based on their path, such as Swordsman, Brawler, Necromancer, Summoner, etc.

---

Power Tiers and Levels

Each classification ascends through nine main power tiers, with 15 levels in each tier. Every being, no matter the classification, progresses through these levels, and breakthroughs often require quests, powerful herbs, or near-death experiences—especially for exceptional talents.

Warrior Power Tiers:

1. Bronze Stage (Lv. 1–15)

2. Silver Stage (Lv. 16–30)

3. Gold Stage (Lv. 31–45)

4. Master Stage (Lv. 46–60) – Aura unlocked

5. Grandmaster Stage (Lv. 61–75)

6. Saint Stage (Lv. 76–90)

7. Lord Stage (Lv. 91–105)

8. King Stage (Lv. 106–120)

9. Emperor Stage (Lv. 121–135+)

Mage Power Tiers:

1. Apprentice

2. True Mage

3. Senior Mage

4. High Mage – Multicasting unlocked

5. Arc Mage

6. Sage

7. Great Sage

8. Warlock

9. Grand Warlock

Beast Power Tiers:

1. E Rank

2. D Rank

3. C Rank

4. B Rank

5. A Rank

6. S Rank

7. Beast Lord

8. Beast King

9. Beast Emperor

Affinity and Magic Control

Mages and Hybrids gain elemental affinities that allow them to cast spells. Those with multiple affinities can cast spells from different elements. Their original element remains their strongest, unless they possess a universal affinity.

To gain a new element beyond their natural affinity, a mage must absorb 10 Beast Cores from beasts of the desired element.

Warriors also have elemental affinities, but they cannot cast spells. Instead, they conjure their element around their bodies and weapons, enhancing their physical attacks.

Hybrid-Class users such as Warrior-Mages combine the strengths of both, and those with universal affinity can manipulate all elements equally without needing to absorb beast cores. They simply learn the magic and naturally develop the affinity.

---

Aura and Multicasting

Aura becomes available to Warriors at the Master Stage. It can be used to enhance physical capabilities, coat weapons, or manifest devastating techniques.

Multicasting becomes available to Mages at the High Mage Stage, allowing them to cast multiple spells simultaneously.

The Everblood and the Broken Pantheon

At the center of Everblood Ascendant lies the ancient concept of the Everblood, a primordial force born from the remnants of a forgotten pantheon—a group of entities that once stood at the peak of the cosmos.

The Everblood Concept, which merged with the protagonist Caelan Virelith, was one such entity—defier of death and devourer of gods. It had once torn through the Pantheon of Death and rivaled the Void Pantheon in power. Now, in its slumber, it has chosen Caelan as its vessel.

His draconic-Everblood hybrid bloodline is unprecedented. Even the Everblood Concept cannot predict its potential. As a result, the Void Pantheon and Death Gods now mark him as a future threat.

---

This chapter serves as a foundation for understanding the rich, layered universe of Everblood Ascendant. As Caelan Virelith walks the path carved by fate, blood, and evolution, readers will witness not only the story of one world—but a saga that spans across many.

This is only the beginning.
