Classic Loki, the true Sorcerer Supreme of the Nine Realms.
He could teleport, create near-physical projection clones, and even make clones for others. Most impressively, he once manifested the entire Asgard from memory.
The meme "Asgard rises from the ground" originated from this very feat.
In his timeline, when Thanos attacked the Asgardian escape ship, he used a projection to stab Thanos, successfully deceiving the Titan even while he held the Infinity Stones, and managed to escape.
After that, he lived in hiding on a remote planet. It wasn't until years later, when he grew old and missed his brother, that he decided to leave and see him one last time, only to be discovered by the Time Variance Authority.
Real death or fake death, it didn't matter. As long as Loki followed the "sacred timeline" and obediently died at the hands of Thanos on the Asgardian escape ship, he was a "good Loki."
Clearly, Classic Loki was not the TVA's idea of a good Loki. He had stepped off the sacred timeline, created a branching reality, and was thus pruned.
"You're a Loki too?" Classic Loki brushed the dust off himself as he stood up, casually teasing, "No matter the world, a Loki always survives. But–"
"The Lokis showing up lately are getting weirder. We even have an Asian Loki now."
From this, it was obvious Classic Loki had met other Lokis before, meaning they had been surviving in the Void for quite some time.
Fenris hadn't seen a single version of Loki during his previous visits. One thing was clear: the survival skills of a Loki were truly remarkable.
"I'm not Loki," Fenris said, shaking his head.
Not Loki? Then why weren't you surprised to see me? Why aren't you afraid?
After all, in every timeline, no Loki is ever a saint. That is Loki's fate.
And if you're not a Loki, how did you instantly recognize me as one?
Only a Loki would know another Loki so well.
"Doesn't matter if you deny it. Do you know what this place is? The Void. The garbage dump of the timelines. Everything tossed here gets eaten by that big beast you just saw, Alioth."

There were many Lokis in the Void, and they could be broadly divided into two camps:
The first was the "Old, Weak, Sick, and Crippled" camp.
Its members included:
"Old" Loki, the version currently speaking to Fenris
"Weak" Kid Loki
"Sick" Black Loki
"Crippled" Alligator Loki
The second was the ragtag band led by President Loki, who looked identical to the Loki from the main timeline.
Despite the name, the "Old, Weak, Sick, and Crippled" team was far from weak:

Kid Loki had killed Thor and survived in the Void for at least a thousand years. He was their "king."
Black Loki carried a hammer that resembled Mjolnir. He claimed to have defeated Captain America and Iron Man and even possessed all the Infinity Stones, though that part was likely exaggerated.
Alligator Loki once ate his neighbor's cat. More importantly, his bite strength was no joke. He famously bit off President Loki's hand in the series.
President Loki's camp had numbers but was largely made up of unimpressive knock-offs.
It was common knowledge that a Loki's two greatest talents were faking his own death and betrayal. Even these knock-offs dreamed of becoming king.
Scheming, backstabbing, and layers of betrayal were their daily routine.
These two Loki factions and Alioth were key obstacles Fenris needed to resolve in order to gain full control of the Void and its endless resources.
Classic Loki, unbothered, rambled on and waved for him to follow as he turned to walk off in another direction.
A few steps in, he looked back and saw Fenris still standing there. He didn't look surprised.

Classic Loki was convinced Fenris was a Loki. Though Fenris denied it, the old man didn't believe him and figured: So be it.

Fenris, although amused by Classic Loki's assumptions, didn't mind being mistaken. If it made integration easier, then why not?
He followed Classic Loki, and after roughly half an hour of trekking across broken terrain, they arrived at a downed helicopter with "Thanos" written on its side.
The mighty cosmic warlord Thanos flew a helicopter?
Sounds ridiculous, but in old comics, Thanos really did fly a helicopter on Earth, and even attacked Hellcat.

There's even a comic panel where Thanos gets arrested by the police. Yep, same event.
Rumor has it that Thanos's double-edged blade, the "Tyrant Heavenly Blade", was inspired by the helicopter's rotor blades.
At a hill nearby, Classic Loki lifted a manhole cover hidden in the slope and led Fenris into an underground fortress.
