The growl ripped from my throat before I could stop it, feral and possessive. Several heads turned in my direction, including Adrian's. His eyes widened slightly, hardening when he saw me standing there like some jealous girlfriend.
Hannah Norton leaned in closer to him, her delicate hand still resting on his arm. My inner wolf snarled again, louder this time.
What the hell was happening to me? I'd never lost control like this before.
*He's not yours to claim,* I desperately reminded myself. But my wolf wasn't listening.
"Is everything alright?" one of the crew members asked, approaching cautiously.
I couldn't answer. My fangs had dropped, pressing painfully against my bottom lip. My fingernails lengthened into claws, digging into my palms as I clenched my fists.
Adrian excused himself from Hannah and strode toward me, fury radiating from every step. He grabbed my elbow roughly, steering me away from prying eyes.
