Chapter 5 - CH- 5 : The Universal Sector Catalog

Tensai returned in a swirl of golden light, holding an ornate black-and-gold scroll that pulsed faintly with divine chakra. With a respectful bow, he presented it to Reizan.

"My Lord, this is the Universal Sector Catalog — it contains a partial map of our current galaxy cluster and the territorial allocations overseen by the Ōtsutsuki clan."

With a thought, Reizan unfurled the scroll. Immediately, a massive 3D star map projected itself into the air, glittering with galaxies, energy currents, and colored zones.

Tensai pointed out the legend:

Grey zones — areas explored and conquered by Ōtsutsuki clan members.

Green zones — areas used for residence, Energy Enhancment, and training grounds of the Ōtsutsuki clan.

Red zones — active war zones or resistance sectors.

White zones — barren sectors, devoid of chakra or useful resources.

Black zones — unmapped or forbidden zones, likely housing unknown or unstable realms.

Reizan's eyes traced the map. The green and grey zones spanned most of the starfield.

"We've explored this much?" he asked.

Tensai nodded. "Yes, my lord. Over 90% of this universe is under Ōtsutsuki surveillance or direct control."

"We divide the known universe into 10 Galactic Sectors. We're currently in the 5th Sector, a green zone where most high-ranking Main Family members reside."

Reizan examined it more closely — sure enough, dozens of green sigils pulsed across the 5th Sector.

Tensai continued, "The 3rd, 4th, and 5th Sectors house the Main Family. These regions have the richest planets, most chakra fruits, and divine artifacts. Our top warriors, scholars, and genetic forgers reside there."

"The 6th, 7th, and 8th Sectors," he added with distaste, "are mostly filled with Branch Family members — lower-ranked, and struggling for resources. Only those who directly serve a Main Family member are permitted to relocate to higher sectors."

Reizan narrowed his eyes. "And the 1st and 2nd Sectors?"

Tensai's face darkened.

"The 1st Sector was once the seat of the ancient Main Family. But… they opposed your father, Shibai. When he began his ascension to godhood, he eliminated them all. They became... fuel to accelerate his growth into a True God."

A heavy silence followed.

"As for the 2nd Sector—" Tensai hesitated for the first time. "That was where your father fought the Ancestor of our clan. He too had reached the True God state, though he had not yet ascended. He was waiting for the Gates of the Higher Dimension to open, which required immense universal energy."

"But Shibai… defeated him. Devoured his powers. Gained a new divine body. His soul became so vast and unstable that simply existing caused space-time to warp. At that point, he knew he had to ascend — but before doing so, he desired to leave a legacy."

Reizan clenched his fist. "And I was that legacy."

"Yes, my lord," Tensai affirmed. "He found no one worthy until your soul arrived from another time-space."

"And the 9th and 10th Sectors?"

Tensai straightened. "They're largely unexplored or underdeveloped. Mostly used for chakra fruit missions, populated by inferior creatures, and very few sentient beings with real chakra. Many of the worlds there are barren or hostile — perfect for training, testing powers, or growing fruits without cosmic interference."

Reizan turned toward the projection, his eyes gleaming with curiosity and ambition.

"Then start from there. Locate me a viable planet in the 9th or 10th Sector with moderate chakra and no known Ōtsutsuki presence. I want a real test — but not something too dangerous."

Tensai stood with one hand clasped behind his back, his other hand glowing faintly with celestial chakra. Then, with a simple blink of his right eye, the pupil shifted — morphing into a crescent moon-shaped sigil. The eye glowed with a silvery-blue hue.

It was the Seringan, a divine ocular technique rumored to be lost to all but the highest-ranking guardians of the Ōtsutsuki.

Ping—

"Planet located. Distance: 800 million light-years. 9th Sector. Coordinates stabilized."

Reizan's jaw slackened slightly.

"Eight… hundred million…?"

He blinked, a mix of awe and disbelief washing over him.

"Seeing is believing... never felt more useless as a phrase," he muttered.

Tensai smiled faintly, unmoved. "That is but the power of observation, my Lord. Long-range planetary detection through divine time-folding is standard among our Supreme Guardians."

Reizan regained his composure, nodding with admiration. "Amazing. Truly, Tensai… you're a monster."

"Flattering, my Lord. Shall I brief you on the planet?"

"Yes. Details?"

Tensai waved his hand. A 3D image of the planet emerged — lush forests, crimson oceans, and wild mountain ranges covered in bio-luminescent clouds.

[Planet Designation: Alpha] Technological Level: Pre-metal age Sentient Life: Primitive tribes ( Below Novice) , beast-worshipping clans Predators: Divine-class /(Advance Powerstage) Behemoth (isolated) Natural Chakra Density: (3.6x Ninja World average)  Core Vitality Index: High Resistance Level: Near-zero

Tensai folded his arms. "The inhabitants still wield sharpened bones and fire-stones. They pose no threat. Most of the chakra on the planet flows unrefined — pure, untouched by civilization. A perfect site for a chakra fruit's first rooting."

Reizan smirked, folding his arms. "Then we'll call it Planet Alpha — the first of many to fall."

Tensai bowed slightly. "An apt name, my Lord."

Reizan turned from the star map, eyes pulsing faintly with evolving golden Byakugan light.

"Now... the Time Dilation Chamber?"

Tensai extended a hand toward a corridor of shifting golden light. "It's ready. You may remain as long as you need, but I would suggest eight years within."

"That would be… two years in real time?" Reizan calculated.

"Correct," Tensai confirmed. "I estimate it will take me one full year of divine-speed travel to reach Planet Alpha with you in tow. The chakra tree, once planted, will require another year to mature. That leaves us with a safe buffer of two years, ensuring the mission deadline remains intact."

Reizan nodded slowly, eyes glowing with resolve.

"Perfect. Then eight years of isolation it is."

He stepped forward, his divine robes trailing sparks of chakra. "In that time… I will master every technique, hone my instincts, and test the full limits of my bloodline."

Tensai followed him through the shifting hallway.

"And when I return…"

Reizan clenched his fist, divine aura flaring subtly.

"…Planet Alpha will become the first scar on the universe's surface.
