Sarah sat quietly in the library, her eyes scanning the pages of "Pain in Love" by L. James. The words echoed in her mind, and she couldn't help but feel a rush of emotions. Suddenly, a deep, resounding voice startled her.
"Pain in Love, by L. James?" George asked, his eyes locked onto hers. Sarah's heart skipped a beat as she looked up at him. She had seen him around school, but never up close. His blue eyes seemed tender, and his lips were red and small. He had a beautiful face with an oval shape.
"Yeah, Pain in Love," Sarah stuttered, trying to compose herself. "How did you know that?"
George smiled, revealing his perfectly placed diastema. "He's the only author whose book could tear up a beautiful face like yours in this library."
Sarah felt a flutter in her chest at the compliment. She tried to brush it off, but George's words lingered in her mind. But when she seemed she was going to have a conversation with him, George simply smiled and walked away.
As the day went by, Sarah couldn't stop thinking about George after her encounter with him at the library, his beautiful face, the sound of his voice, how he smelled, and the manner which he spoke, it left her feeling both terrified and intrigued. She didn't know what to make of his behavior, but she couldn't deny the connection she felt.
One day, George saved her from Randy, a bully who had been tormenting her. But like before, he simply walked away from her.
George's actions left her feeling grateful and confused. She didn't understand why he would help her, only to ignore her again. But this time she was determined to talk to him.
As Sarah searched for George to thank him, she finally found him in the library. "There you are," she said, relief washing over her. "I want to thank you for saving me today." But George didn't utter a word neither did he lift up his head to look at her, leaving Sarah feeling embarrassed and hurt, as she barely dragged herself out of the library. But later, at the cafeteria, George approached her, his demeanor softer, feeling a bit of guilt and pity for ignoring her earlier on.
"Hey, are you waiting on someone?" he asked, his voice laced with sarcasm and pity.
Sarah's emotions were in turmoil as she tried to understand George's behavior. confused at his actions towards her, she couldn't deny the fact that she liked how he made her feel seen. "No, I'm not, what do you want?" her eyes clouded with emotions, which struck something in George's heart.
George's expression turned serious. "Are you scared of me?"
"No I'm not, do I have to be?" She lied, trying to put on some courage.
George's smile returned, mischievous this time. "I see", George raised her chin to look into her face, "Why do I see fear in your eyes then?" He chuckled, "I guess my reputation precedes me then. So, do you think the rumors are true?"
"What rumours?" Sarah fearfully asked, curious to know what it's been said about him, but afraid that he may stand her up again.
"That I scare everyone away," George said, but his voice cracked with emotions, which left Sarah wondering what could be going on with him when no one is watching.
"Can we talk somewhere else? Everyone is watching us here". George begged. As he dragged Sarah out of the cafeteria to a quiet corner. but noticed Sarah squirmed in pains when he held her by the wrist.
Watching him examine her wrist, as if he was looking to make amends of all the wrongs he had done to her. Sarah's surprised at his sudden change of behaviour towards her, she stood speechless.
"Does it hurt?" George asked, his voice filled with care.
Sarah shook her head, surprised by his concern. "No, it's fine." "How did you know I had an injury?" Fixing her eyes on his face, but George looked the other way, avoiding eye contact with her.
"I saw the way you squirmed when I dragged you", he softly said,
Sarah and George had a conversation that revealed a glimmer of kindness beneath his tough exterior.
She found something similar with him, he is also from a broken home. That softened her heart more towards him, she became determined to be friends with him.
As the days turned into weeks, Sarah found herself drawn to George more and more, they would meet at the hallway, and would stare at each other. But each time they came at a closed space, George would run off, like her presence disgusts him. Sarah couldn't understand why he seemed to be pulling away from her.
On the last day of high school, after their final examination, George waited for Sarah at the car park. "Please get in," he begged, his voice firm but gentle. Sarah hesitated, unsure of what to do. But George's eyes seemed to hold a deep sadness, and she was curious to know.
As they drove home, Sarah couldn't help but feel uneasy. But when George apologized for his behavior, she saw the sincerity in his eyes. "I'm sorry, Sarah, for the way I spoke to you," he said, his voice choked with emotions.
Sarah's heart melted at his words. "Why?" she asked, her voice a little above a whisper.
George's eyes clouded with tears. "Today is the last day of school, and I might not see you again, my dad is sending me overseas. I'm angry at you cause you don't see the way I feel about you, that's why it seemed like I hated you Sarah. I don't hate you, I've never hated you, I was trying to show you that I'm in love with you."
Sarah's heart skipped a beat as she listened to George's confession. She had felt the same way, but she was scared to admit it. "I've always felt this way from the first day you walked into that school in our sixth grade," George continued. "I've always wanted to tell you how I feel about you."
"Why didn't you?" Sarah emotionally said, not knowing how to control the streams of tears that ran uncontrollably down her cheeks.
"I didn't want you to reject me like everyone else, and we were so young when I found out I liked you", George said, his voice choked with emotions, the look in his eyes revealed his brokenness.
As George broke down in tears, Sarah felt her heart overflow with emotions she couldn't control. She wrapped her arms around him, holding him tightly. "I will see you again, George," she promised. "I will wait till I see you again." Locked into each other's arms, with tears that they couldn't control.
As they bid each other farewell, Sarah couldn't help but feel a sense of hope. She had found someone who understood her, someone who felt the same way. She was willing to wait for George, no matter what it took.
But as she watched George's car drive away, Sarah's mother, Miss. Amelia, approached her. "Young lady, who was that?" she asked, her curiosity getting the better of her.
Sarah hesitated, unsure of how to respond. "A friend from school," she replied coldly, trying to brush off the question.
But Miss. Amelia wouldn't let it go. "Don't do that right now, young woman! Don't you ever give me that cold attitude!!" she exclaimed, her voice rising in frustration.
Sarah still felt a surge of emotions as she tried to push past her mother. But Miss Amelia pulled her back, her eyes filled with concern. "I just saw you hugging him!"
"What do you want from me mom?" She cried, not knowing how to react to her mother's insistence.
"I don't want you to end up like me, Sarah." Miss Amelia softly said, her voice echoed pains. Remembering how she met Sarah's father. She was working at his firm as his secretary when they started having an affair, while he was married to another woman. When she got pregnant, Sarah's father didn't want to have anything to do with her. She loved Sarah so much that she stayed unmarried so she could take care of her. But Sarah unaware of her mother's sacrifice, blamed her for driving her father away. The only father figure Sarah has was just her mother's only brother, Uncle Sam.
"You drove Dad away, didn't you? Now you wouldn't let me be!" Sarah said, her voice rising. "You're always so controlling and critical of everything I do." Leaving her mother broken by her words.
"I'm calling Uncle Sam to come take me out of here! I hate you for everything you put me through!"
As she ran to her room, tears streaming down her face, Miss Amelia stood frozen in the hallway, her eyes filled with tears. She knew that her relationship with Sarah had been strained for a while, but she had no idea it had gotten this bad.
Miss Amelia took a deep breath and walked back into the house, her mind racing with thoughts of how to mend their relationship. She knew it wouldn't be easy, but she was determined to try.
Meanwhile, Sarah was on the phone with her Uncle, her voice shaking with anger and hurt. "Uncle Sam, I hate Mom," she said, her words tumbling out in a rush. "She's always so controlling. I feel like she doesn't understand me at all."
Her Uncle's voice was calm and soothing on the other end of the line. "Sarah, sweetie, I'm here for you. I'll always be here for you. But maybe you should try to talk to your mom and see if you can work things out. I just spoke to her before you called, she is sorry for how she made you feel."
Sarah sighed, feeling a mix of emotions. She loved her Uncle, but she wasn't sure if she was ready to talk to her mother yet. "I'll try, Uncle Sam," she said finally. "But can I come stay with you and Rachel for a while? I need to get away from here."
Her Uncle's hesitation was palpable on the other end of the line. "Sarah, I don't know if that's such a good idea," he said slowly. "Rachel and I are trying to work on our own issues, and I don't want to disrupt your life any more than it already is."
Sarah felt a string of hurt and rejection. She had always felt like no one prioritized her, and now it seemed like her Uncle was trying to avoid her. "Fine," she said, trying to keep her voice steady. "I'll talk to Mom."
As she hung up the phone, Sarah felt a sense of uncertainty. She didn't know how to approach her mom, but she knew she needed to find a way to navigate her complicated relationships with her.
Later that evening, Sarah had a honest conversation with her mom which left her broken, she didn't know the length her mother had walked because of her.
"Mom I didn't know", she cried, while falling into her mother's arms, "I'm sorry for the way I made you feel these years, you don't deserve that", her heart shattered into a million pieces,
"It's fine Sarah, I will always choose you above anything else, above my life", Miss Amelia sobbed, she held her daughter for the first time in a long while, and it felt like she just gave birth anew to her.
After fixing her relationship with her mother, Sarah opened to her about her relationship with George, and what George had said to her after dropping her off from school.
Miss Amelia, filled with so much concern for her teenage daughter, didn't know what to say to her, but a gift of her words.
Encouraged by her mother's words, Sarah knew she needed to make the right decision for herself.
George, on the other hand, was driving home, his mind reeling with emotions. He had never opened up to anyone about his feelings before, and he wasn't sure how to process his feelings. He knew he had been rough on Sarah, but he couldn't help it. He was scared of getting hurt, or losing control.
As he pulled into his driveway, George saw his father standing in the living room, a scowl on his face, but not at him. "What are you doing here?" he barked. "He doesn't want you here." Mr Blackwood fumed, facing his ex-wife, Miss Hyde.
"Oh my Georgy!..see how much you've grown," Miss Hyde exclaimed at the sight of George entering the house, running towards George.
George felt a surge of anger and resentment. He didn't want to deal with his parents drama right now. "What are you doing here?" he asked curtly, trying to brush past her.
But his mother grabbed his arm, her grip soft. "You're going to talk to your mother like that, son?" she sobbed.
George felt a wave of defiance wash over him. He didn't care about his mother, not after the way she had abandoned him at six years old. "Yes," he said, his voice firm. "I will talk to you the way I deem fit." He coldly replied, while brushing off his mother's grip on his arm. Climbing stairs to his room sluggishly, the weight of his mother's abandonment laid heavily on him. He wondered if he could ever forgive her for not looking back.
Few weeks later, George came back for Sarah, just like he promised, their relationship continued to blossom. They would meet in secret, exchanging sweet words and stolen glances. Sarah felt she's found a soulmate in George, and she couldn't help but wonder if this love would hurt her just like it did her mother.
Miss Amelia, who knew her daughter knew little about teenage love, tried everything she could to stop her from having a relationship with George. She was suspicious of what George wanted with Sarah and didn't trust leaving him alone with her. She would often warn Sarah about the dangers of staying alone with George, but Sarah wouldn't listen.
So, Sarah kept her relationship with George a secret, sneaking around to avoid detection.
One day, George took Sarah to a secluded spot overlooking the city. He looked nervous, fidgeting with his hands as he tried to find the right words. "Sarah, I have something important to tell you," he said, his voice trembling.
Sarah's heart skipped a beat as if she knew what was coming, she looked into his eyes. "What is it?" her voice shaking.
George took a deep breath before speaking. "I want something from you, Sarah. I know it's fast, but I've grown a deep affection for you, I want to share everything with you."
Sarah, staring into his eyes as if she knew what George had wanted to say. "George, I...I want the same thing with you," she stammered.
"You want the same thing?" George eyes glared,
Not sure what George's thoughts were exactly gave a warm smile, as she drew her close and planted a soft kiss on her lips, which sent her body on fire.
As they shared their first kiss, the world around them melted away. They were lost in each other's eyes, their love shining bright like a beacon in the night.
That was when George slipped his hand into her shirt and unhooked her brassier, her heart pounding heavily, she held on to George so tightly,
"Please take it easy, George", she whispered, "this is my first time", her hand shaking,
"I will take it easy, I promise", George softly replied, taking his time to go through her cold body.
George had gone into her without protection, her mind clouded with uncertainties, but the way she feel about George overtook her fears.
They laid in each other's arms, exhausted, but filled with happiness of each other's company. But their happiness was short-lived. As they pulled away from each other, Sarah's phone buzzed with an incoming call from her mother. "Sarah, where are you?" Miss Amelia's voice was shrill with worry. Sensing her daughter could be in some sort of danger.
Sarah hesitated, unsure of what to say. "I'm...I'm studying with friends, Mom," she lied.
But Miss Amelia wasn't buying it. "Sarah, I know you're with George. I can feel it from your voice. Have you two been together all day?"
Sarah's heart sank as she realized her mother was onto her. She didn't know what to do, but she knew she had to protect George and their relationship. "Mom, I'll talk to you later, okay?" she said, quickly hanging up the phone.
As they parted ways, Sarah couldn't shake off the feeling that their love was about to be doomed.
A month had passed since the night with George, and Sarah's life had taken a new turn. She couldn't reach Goerge, and he was no where to be found. However, she couldn't deny the feeling that something was off.
Her body had started changing, and she could feel differently. Smells that used to be pleasant now seemed offensive, even her favorite scent of lavender. Sarah's mind was racing as she tried to figure out what was happening to her. She had always been regular with her periods, but lately, she had missed a few. Could it be? She thought, her heart sinking.
She decided to take a pregnancy test to confirm her suspicions. As she waited for the results, her anxiety grew. What if she was pregnant? What would her mother think of her? The test results confirmed her worst fears. She was pregnant.
Sarah felt like her life was over. She didn't know what to do or how to face her mother. "Sarah, are you okay?" Miss Amelia, who had noticed her daughter's odd behavior towards things, asked.
"Mom, I'm fine," Sarah lied, but Miss Amelia couldn't take that, as she pressed towards her, grabbing her breasts. "Ouch!...Mom, that hurts," Sarah screamed, as her mother stood still, shocked at what could possibly be her worst nightmare.
"Sarah, you're pregnant," she softly said, looking into her daughter's eyes that were already clouded with tears. "Mom, I'm sorry," Sarah cried, not sure of her mother's next action.
But instead of anger, Miss Amelia knew her daughter would be terrified of her condition and drew her closer and hugged her tight. "It's okay, Sarah, I warned you that this would happen," she whispered. "We will deal with this together, I promise."
Sarah, shocked at her mother's reaction, didn't know how to feel, but held onto her mother so tightly. "Thank you, Mom," Sarah managed to say.
After they had disentangled from each other, Miss Amelia sat her down, with so many questions written all over her face. "Does he know?" Miss Amelia asked.
"No, he doesn't. I've been trying to reach him for a couple of days now, but he seemed to have disappeared," Sarah's voice echoed fear and disappointment.
"Have you gone over to his house?" Miss Amelia, curious to know if she had tried all options on finding George.
"I met an empty house each time I go over there," Sarah replied, broken by her own words. "Mom, I don't know what to do, he abandoned me, just like Dad abandoned you. I'm sorry, Mom," she cried so bitterly, as Miss Amelia watched on, confused on how to console her daughter.
"Mom, I don't want to keep this baby," Sarah concluded. "No, Sarah, you will. You are not going to deprive this child of its choice to live," Miss Amelia managed to say.
As months went by, Miss Amelia became her daughter's strength. She would stay up with her during trimesters and care deeply for every symptom she experienced. Life was fair to Sarah, her mother's love stood exceptionally warm towards her.
At the ninth month, Sarah had gone into labor, while at the hospital, her mother had gone home to get her goodies she'd need after delivery when she was run over by a hit-and-run truck driver, and she died at the spot.
After Sarah had been delivered of a beautiful girl, she kept asking after her mother, which no one knew her whereabouts. She felt something indifferent and knew something might have happened to her mother.
Few days later, two police officers came by at the hospital. "Miss Sarah?" one of the officers smiled coldly at her, seeing her rock her little child in her arms.
"Yes, officer," her face already filled with sadness, knew it must be bad news. "I'm sorry, your mom is dead. She was killed by a hit-and-run truck driver," the officer calmly said, while taking the baby from her.
Broken by the news of her mother's death, and not sure how her life would turn out, didn't know what to say to the officers. She sat quietly, numbed to reality.
"We've contacted your Uncle, he'd be here to take you home," the officer concluded, while placing the baby in her cradle. Uncle Sam doesn't even know Sarah was pregnant; her mother had protected her from the outside world, not wanting anyone to judge her for her mistakes.
Shocked at the predicament of her little niece and the loss of her only sibling, was filled with so much compassion for Sarah. He took her home to his house, not sure if it was the right thing at the moment. But Sarah insisted on being taken to her mother's house.
After so many arguments, Uncle Sam decided to grant her wish, by bringing her back to her mother's house. "Have you thought of a name for her?" Uncle Sam softly asked, looking pitifully at Sarah.
"Amelia, her name is Amelia," she coldly replied, as she walked into the house. Leaving her Uncle to find his way back to his house.
Life became unbearably difficult for Sarah alone with her child, but she'd find comfort each time she looked at her child, Amelia, she'd see her mother's smiles and love. Miss Amelia had saved up so much money for her before her untimely death; she had prepared for Sarah, and her baby. Miss Amelia sold some of her businesses and kept the money in a trust fund for Sarah's education.
As the days turned into weeks, Sarah struggled to come to terms with her new reality. She was a single mother, dealing with the harsh realities of life and education. But she was determined to go through school just like her mother had wished for her, and also give Amelia the best life possible.
Years went by, and Sarah became a strong and independent woman.
But despite her success, Sarah couldn't shake off the feeling of abandonment by George. She wondered what had happened to him and why he had left her to face her struggles alone. She knew she had to move on, but a part of her would always wonder about the father of her child.
One day, after a long shift at the hospital where she works, Sarah was walking down the car park when she accidentally stepped into the path of an oncoming car. Luckily, the driver was not speeding and managed to apply brake in time.
The driver, panicked, jumped out of the car and rushed to Sarah's side. "Are you okay?" he asked, concern etched on his face.
Sarah's eyes widened as she took in the driver's familiar features. "George?" she whispered, her voice barely audible. Visibly shook until she fainted.
The driver, however, looked at her with a puzzled expression. "Sorry, ma'am, are you okay?" he asked, not recognizing the woman standing before him. But Sarah had already fainted. Scared he might have hurt her, carried her into the hospital. After some random checks on her, it was confirmed that she didn't sustain any injury but rather she went into shock.
"She will have to stay here for a couple of days", the doctor said, looking at the confused man who didn't know what to do.
After leaving the hospital, he couldn't shake off the image of Sarah from his mind. He had been transferred to the local branch of his firm and was starting to settle into his new life. But meeting Sarah had sparked something within him, and he found himself thinking about her. Leaving the hospital, he kept muttering to himself.
"I have to go back tomorrow to see her", he said, his heart drawn to her.
Meanwhile, the next day, Julian had already gone up to see Sarah at the hospital, but met her sleeping, he decided to rest a bit when he drifted to sleep too. Sarah woke up to see a man sleeping on her hospital bed with his head bent on, touching his head, "Please who are you?" She softly asked, the man raising his head, their eyes met. Sarah couldn't understand how the man who she thought to be Goerge couldn't remember her.
'Why doesn't he remember her?' She wondered, perhaps, this was a prank by George to test if she'd remember him after all these years.
My name is Julian," he said, as he smiled, Sarah noticed he didn't have diastema like Goerge,
"Julian?" Sarah repeated, surprised by his identical appearance with George. "It's Sarah, Sarah Cornwell," she replied, wondering how two persons would have an exact appearance.
"I'm sorry I startled you yesterday, the doctor said you are fine and you'd be leaving today", he calmly said,
Sarah paused for a moment, noticing the gentlemanly behavior that was unlike George's rough demeanor.
"Yeah, I'm fine. Thanks for stopping in time." She smiled weakly.
Julian smiled back and asked, "Can I give you a ride back home?"
Sarah hesitated for a moment, "Sure, I'd love that", she wanted closure, to be sure who Julian truly is.
However, Julian simply smiled and said, "Nice to meet you, Sarah." As he led Sarah out of the hospital into his car.
As they drove to Sarah's house, Julian asked for her phone number, expressing his desire to see her again. Sarah agreed, still reeling from the shock of identity.
As she stepped out of the car, Sarah couldn't help but wonder how to reconsider with the reality of julian being a different person from Goerge, with the striking resemblance they share. What is going on? The question swirled in her mind as she watched Julian drive away.
Julian couldn't stop thinking about Sarah too, he had developed a soft spot for her and was willing to build on his feelings for her.
As the days went by, Julian and Sarah started to develop a friendship. Sarah, however, couldn't help but see George in Julian's identical appearance. She wondered if maybe being friends with Julian will ease off the anger she had built up all these years towards Goerge. She decided to give into this new life of friendship she had found with Julian.
But as the months go by, she discovers Julian was an entirely a better person than Goerge, but the exact identical appearance with George scared her from opening up her entire world to Julian. "Fate must be playing a joke on me, how can two people look exactly alike but with different characters?" She wondered. Not finding any answers to her question, she began to grow fond of Julian.
Sarah began to grow so much attraction towards Julian that she'd spend an entire day with him, she constantly seemed to love the idea of him being identical with Goerge, she found herself attracted to the idea rather than the person.
One evening, Julian and Sarah had planned to go on a date, but Julian called Sarah to cancel their plans, citing an emergency out of town. Sarah, who had wanted to confess her feelings to Julian that evening, felt a bit disappointed, so decided to grab some drinks at a nearby bar. After a few shots, she became tipsy and decided to leave. Staggering from one end to the other, it's apparent she couldn't go on any further, she fell off, but as she was about falling, a hand immediately grabbed her, wrapping around her waist, and a familiar voice whispered into her ear, "Let me take you home, you are wasted."
Sarah's eyes widened as she turned around, to see the man whose arm wrapped around her waist, only to see a man with the same face as Julian and George, but dressed in a more sophisticated attire. "You are here Julian, you've changed your clothes," she chuckled, her tipsiness taking over her as she totally slumped into the man's arms.
The man, who was indeed George, smiled and took Sarah to his sleek, black sedan, and drove off. Not knowing where else to take her, there was no Identification card in her purse, and she was too drunk to remember her home address. He decided to bring her to his royal suite.
As George drove Sarah to his royal suite, she couldn't help but feel a mix of emotions. She was confused, and excited, but comfortable. She thought the man she's with was Julian.
When they arrived at the suite, George tried helping Sarah onto the couch, and she immediately collapsed onto the soft cushions, with George falling on top of her. "You're so beautiful," George whispered, his eyes locked onto hers, a little bit tipsy even though he didn't have too much to drink.
Sarah smiled, feeling a flutter in her chest. "You're pretty handsome yourself," she whispered.
George chuckled and sat down beside her, taking her hand in his. "I'm glad you think so," he said, his eyes still locked on hers.
As they sat there, Sarah felt a sense of familiarity wash over her. It was as if she had been with him before, it's not the same feeling she gets with Julian, and everything was just as it was meant to be.
"Fuck me", she whispered, planting a deep kiss on his lips. George, lost in his lust for her, couldn't resist her temptation. Taking over by the excitement of the alcohol made love to her.
As George eyes cleared from the euphoria of intoxication, watched Sarah sleep, his heart racing with guilt, pain, and betrayal. Sarah kept her promise to wait for him, but he never came back for her. Now he took advantage of her again, in her vulnerability, when she didn't even know it was him. Not sure how to react to this, he decided to leave her all by herself, without leaving a trace of him.
But as the morning light began to shine into the room, Sarah's tipsiness began to wear off, and she realized that she was in a strange place, and she was with a man who she thought to be Julian last night. Her anticipation to tell Julian how she feels about him, and the alcohol she took, overtook the way she saw things. And in the process she slept with the wrong man. A surge of guilt ran through her.
"Please did you see the man in room 646 leave? I was with him last night", Sarah, eager to find out the man she had slept with, asked the front desk at the lobby immediately she ran downstairs, but no one gave any information on George. He had strictly warned them not to divulge any information to her if she came asking.
A month had passed since Sarah's encounter with the stranger, and her life had been turned upside down yet again. She had been spending more time with Julian to forget what she had done. Her feelings for Julian had grown stronger with each moment she spent with him. However, her body had started changing, she knew something was not right because she has felt this way before. So she decided to take a pregnancy test to confirm her suspicions. The results came out positive. She was pregnant. She became confused, not knowing what to do.
Wondering how to tell Julian, who had never made sexual advances towards her, he had absolute respect for her, waiting to do right by her, and she knew he had feelings for her. But she didn't know what to do or how to tell him she was pregnant.
As she sat on her couch, staring blankly at the wall, Sarah's mind was filled with questions. Should she keep the baby or terminate the pregnancy? Would Julian want to be a father to someone else's child? And what about the stranger? Who was he? Why did he abandon her like that at the suites? Will she see him again? Her thoughts ran across different reasons. But she didn't know what to do.
Later in the day, Julian, on visiting Sarah's house but found her not responding to the door, had his own keys, as he quietly let himself in. On approaching her room, noticed she had left the door to the bathroom open by mistake. Haven't seen her naked before, gushes over her petite beautiful body, as his eyes fell on her half naked body, only a towel wrapped around her body kept him from seeing every part of her body. A rush of lust ran through him. Sarah, noticing that Julian had come in, didn't bother to close the door, she wondered why he never touched her, and this could be an opportunity to make him, in a bid to trap him believing he's responsible for the pregnancy. A decision she didn't know she was capable of.
"I'm sorry for staring so long", Julian apologised, seeing Sarah walked out of the bathroom, but was betrayed by the bulge in his pants,
Sarah, seeing how hard she made him, let the towel around her body slip off, revealing her complete nakedness. Grabbing the bulge in his pants, she strokes it gently.
"Sarah what are you doing?"He moaned, his fantasies playing out in reality before him. Not able to control himself, he laid her on the bed and made mad love to her.
It was an intense love making but different from the one she had had with Goerge and the stranger, it was more passionate with Julian than it was with them both.
A month later after her lovemaking with Julian, she is contemplating on whether to tell Julian about the pregnancy now that she's slept with him, or to leave it to nature to unravel. Buried in deep thought and sadness.
When suddenly she was interrupted by Julian entering the house. "Hey, babe," he said, smiling as he walked into the room. "I was thinking we could grab dinner tonight. What's wrong? You look upset." Noticing the sadness on her face.
Sarah hesitated, unsure of how to react. She didn't want to lie to Julian, but she wasn't ready to tell him the truth either. "I'm just stressed out," she finally said, trying to brush it off. "Work has been tough lately." She concluded.
Julian nodded understandingly and pulled her into a hug. "I'm here for you, Sarah. Whatever it is."
Sarah felt a string of guilt as she hugged him back. She knew she couldn't keep the pregnancy a secret for long. But for now, she just wanted to savor the moment and pretend that everything was okay.
As the days went by, Sarah's pregnancy became more apparent. She knew she had to tell Julian soon, but she was scared of his reaction. Would he accept it, or would he reject it?
One day, she decided it was time to tell him about the pregnancy. "Julian, we need to talk," she said, her voice shaking.
Julian looked at her curiously, sensing that something was wrong. "What's going on, Sarah?" he asked, his voice soft and kind.
Sarah took a deep breath and let it all out. "I'm pregnant," she said, her eyes locked onto Julian's.
The room fell silent as Julian processed the news. Sarah's heart was racing as she waited for his response.
Finally, Julian spoke up. "I'm happy," he said, a smile spreading across his face. After some time, he blurted. "Let's get married, Sarah. I want a family with you." His eyes beaming with hope and passion.
Sarah felt a wave of shock and relief wash over her. She had been prepared for the worst, but Julian's reaction was better than she had expected. She broke down in tears, not knowing what else to say.
"Babe, don't cry," Julian softly said, hugging Sarah. "For some time now, I've been meaning to ask you to marry me. This pregnancy came at the right time," the proud Julian said.
Sarah looked up at him, her eyes still wet with tears. "But don't you think it's a little early for that?" she asked, anxious about what the future would hold.
"It doesn't matter, babe. I love you so much, that's all that matters," Julian concluded.
As they spent their day in each other's arms, Sarah couldn't shake off the feeling of guilt that weighed heavily on her soul. She loved Julian and didn't want to deceive him, but she also didn't want to lose him.
The next day, Julian wanted to take speed things up as he took her to meet his mother. As soon as she saw Sarah, she couldn't help but feel a sense of familiarity. "Your face looks familiar," she curiously said. "I think I have seen your face before."
Sarah smiled politely. "No, ma'am, I don't think we've met before," she said, wondering why Julian's mother thought she had seen her somewhere before.
As they spent the day together, Sarah noticed that Julian avoided talking about his father. She couldn't help but wonder what had gone wrong between them. Maybe he's from a broken home too? She thought.
"Where's your father?" Sarah asked Julian on their trip back to the city, curiosity getting the better of her.
Julian's expression turned serious. "I don't want to talk about it," he said respectfully.
Sarah didn't push the issue, but she couldn't help but notice that George had also never wanted to talk about his mother. Was it just a coincidence, or was there a pattern she couldn't see? She wondered why she kept meeting people with brokenness from home.
The wedding came rather quickly, with Julian eager to marry Sarah because of the pregnancy. Sarah was afraid of her decisions, but she couldn't bear the thought of losing Julian.
Few weeks after the wedding, destiny began to unfold.
"Ding dong" the doorbell rang several times before someone came to the door. Opening the door, Julian couldn't believe who his eyes fell on. "George?" Julian stuttered, shocked to see his dissentious twin brother at his doorstep.
Sarah overheard the whispers and rushed to see who it was. "What?!" she screamed, her eyes wide with shock as she immediately went into labor.
