Hanzhou borders Zangzhou and can be said to be the largest state on the Magic Continent, at least three times bigger than Zangzhou. However, it is perpetually cold, with snowflakes dancing eight days out of ten, so there are fewer Devil Men living here, less than half of Zangzhou's population.
Most Devil Men gather in the various cities of Hanzhou, so on the vast icy plains, it's rare to see Devil Men around.
Nonetheless, this vast snowfield is not entirely barren. Numerous cold-attributed magical beasts live here, and deep within the rarely visited icy plain, atop some perpetually snowy peaks, are treasures long extinct elsewhere, occasionally attracting powerful Devil Men to explore and seek treasures.
