Finally completing the relaying of his report to me, Void breathed a sigh of relief. He said that everything he read in the archives of that church gave him the creeps. He said the last time he had the same feeling was when he first found out from his father about the cruel experiments that the older generation of heralds and elves did to humans and other mystique races in the name of preserving their numbers.
To get his mind off of the said creepy topic, we just spent time talking about what he's been up to since the last time we met. He readily shared that his father and the king of the blood demons had quite an argument after I left the place. It seems that the other side (the blood demons) was desperate to set up a meeting with me to confirm the existence of the child between me and the blood demon prince.
