Chapter 210 - The World Has Their Eyes On You…

During the Week that the Red Sashes Awoke...

"210,000,000?!" Spoke an Older Woman with fair wrinkles on her once darker, now light white skin. Mamtha Aeire, Leroy's Grandmother "SNIHAHAH!" She let out a Belly Laugh as she showed the Paper to all the Family around her.

"Look at that! Lil ol' Leroy's getting Big Ain't he! Quite the Jump from 56 Million! " Spoke a bandit from next to mamtha by the Name of David. Were they truly Bandits? Why was he called 'A Bandit'?

"Seems like Him and Azar really are shootin' for the Top!" Spoke another. Laughter took over the large wooden cabin living room.

"You know, the Upton Journal is saying he was the Reason why Hornigold Rackham got taken down..."

A smile crept across Mamtha's face as she looked at the paper. "He's really growing up..." A pang of worry coming through her all the same…Besides. She had these 'Bandits' to worry about that were her family and Neighbors.

*

"Look! Look!" Masa, the First Mate of the Red Sash Pirates close friend shouted as she ran into the dojo. A paper in her hand

A wrinkled hand too the Paper and looked it over.

"Look!" Said Masa

"Well Well Well...Not bad...Not bad at all..." Said Elder Hagane as he sat in front of a Shrine

*

Chef Ducasse lifted his boots onto the table. A cigarette out the corner of his mouth as he held a bounty poster in his hand. "You make me proud boy..."

He pulled the cigarette from his lips and exhaled the smoke "You really, really do..."

*

"My My. Moving quickly aren't we?" Spoke the Voice of Hannibal Wolfheart as he sat in dining room. Glass of wine in hand as he held the Poster of Masamune. Hannibal was on his way to somewhere in particular as his 'Canoe' bobbed across the Waters of the North Blue

*

"HUH?! 210 Mil?!" Azar shouted. A smile quickly growing over his face. His hand shooting to his forehead causing an audible smack! "BAHAHA!"

"So that's the kid thats hung up in your room huh?" Spoke a Crewmate, Fos next to him. Fos was a longer spindly man with a long braided ponytail of white and violet hair. Azar having come back for a short time before leaving again "Yep. My Little Brother." His eyes gazed lovingly at the poster of his brother.

"I knew he could do it..."

*

But those weren't the only eyes that were on the Crew. And specifically the Captain...People in high places had their eyes on the troublesome rookie....

The Eyes That Were On The Captain Were…

A top the Red Line within the Holy Land Sacred Eden. In the Great Castle Sporos: The Colloquy Chamber

A marine ran into the room. After the metal-gilded guards let him pass. He quickly Kneeled in front of a group of old men. They were all extremely tall. Some loomed over the man, the others sat in elaborately crafted and gilded seats made of fine felt cushions. They all nonchalantly handled paperwork, matters of world discourse, money, State Affairs, Foreign Affairs, and Agency Reports. Seemingly unamused by what the man spoke. The Marine was a Commodore, and Yet, as per the very Laws of the World, was not allowed to directly Look at these Men.

"Speak." A Man with hollow cheeks and wrinkled skin spoke. His face was dotted with marks of age. He wore a fur and felt robe, like that of a smoking jacket. Underneath which was a finely stitched vest and Tie. The Marine seemed to feel an unconscious urge to work his vocal cords. His voice escaping almost on command

"Black Hair Sparrow has been acting strange...His Ship has been spotted by an Observation Owl...He's made contact with Red Beard through a Messenger!"

The World's Highest Authority

 The Elders of Eden

 'Rokuseiza'

A tanned-skinned man then spoke. He was bald and had a square face elongated with wrinkles that showed his age. The Elder wore an elaborate suit that was made of the finest of materials. A Coat on his Shoulders with a long flowing ribbon-like shoulder sash on it. Just as his fellow others did, he paid no attention to the Marine.

"It would Certainly Be Troublesome if Sparrow And Barbossa were To meet." A man with a round fat face and beard spoke. He wore an Elegant coat with fur and a metal chain between the two sides connecting it. "That is true. But, We've seen in the past that Sparrow is quite the Negotiator, He has a tendency to want to keep a quo amongst affairs. And is known to want to change things of the world himself." Spoke another man who sat on the long ornate sofa to the side of the obese man. He wore a monocle and an intricate wooden carved cane between his legs. A large bushy mustache across his lip. His face was round and wrinkled.

The men all seemed to be purely conversing amongst themselves as the fifth member of the Elders spoke. A taller, Younger-looking man. Though young was generous due to those around him. Still well past middle age.

His face was thin with thin hair across his head slicked back. Face shaven clean. "But as of now. We're more concerned with finding a Successor to the Disgraced Royal Marshal Privateers. We've put it off for far too long. Astrapi hadn't even Been a Privateer for more than 5 years. And yet in that time, a New Emperor Had come to power. And now with the Defeat of Rackham. We Must not Doddle on what Two Emperors do. Especially ones of Redbeard and Sparrow."

The Sixth and final member then spoke. He wore Neck neck-high shirt with an open v-neck that exposed how much his skin clung to his frame. He wore wire frame glasses, his neck saged from louse skin. One of the most notable things was that near him was a wrapped object. Intricate ropes knotting a fine fabric around the large object.

A handle sticking out the top as it rested near with him. "Yes. For if the Three Cardinal Powers were to collapse, It would mean the very world would be at risk. Fracturing it in two." The younger-looking man then spoke again. "If they go to war. And They kill each other it would mean an Uptick in Priacy. But if they stay in any form. Their very presence does enough as is. For now, we must not focus on them. Do not underestimate the loss of Hornigold Rackham. We must keep the balance and peace."

"Speak." Said the third Elder. The Marine Finally Spoke After he was given the prompt to

"Yes, My Lords." The Marine Waited for some form of Response. Tense moments as his eyes gazed at the reflection of the glossed tile. Then the Elder with the Cane spoke. "That's why we've called upon the Royal Marshal Privateers ..."

"Leave Us." Spoke the Elder with the Large Wrapped Object

As If on Cue. The Marine Jolted to his Feet. averting his eyes up to the ornate sigil of the World Government against the Walls. The Image of A thick cross with circles at either end and a circle in the middle. Diagnol Lines connecting the outer circles. On which were smaller circles. The Entire Sigil surrounded by a circle. The Claw Embellum of the Celestial Dragons. Three Claws floating above an upside-down triangle. Two smaller Claws at the Side, and one larger one at the bottom.

The marine then lowered his salute and turned on his heel, in perfect formation, and walked out of the Chamber. He never even looked them in the eyes.

The Elder with slicked-back hair then spoke quietly. Almost to himself but at a volume for the Others to hear. He lifted a Paper from the Large decorated table in front of them, a bounty poster "Damn you, Rackham...You've Failed. But we Cannot let the man who defeated you go unchecked any longer...'Falcon D. Leroy.'"
