{Present - Supermarket - 4:33 P.M}
Cecelia stood there, stunned. She finally learnt the truth about the past. The mistake she made. Tears rolled down her cheek as she covered her mouth with her palm.
"You never tried to stop me while watching me go to him. Not even once."
"You never tried to know the truth," I replied. "You said I scare you..."
"But you should have told me. Then, we would still be together..." She broke down in tears.
I let out a heavy sigh. Only if I had asked the manager to send these two away would I be happy. I would have shopped quickly and left quietly.
Or... I should've brought a gun.
Cecelia wouldn't shut up, and if I had a bullet to spare, I would've aimed it at her mouth just to silence her, not kill her. The way she clung to my sleeve like we were lovers in some goddamn drama. Pathetic. I peeled her off me like she was dirt stuck under my nails.
Kian placed a hand on her shoulder as she cried.
