Chapter 26 - Leaving the Ruins!

On the surging waters of the massive river passing by the Hong clan territory, the sound of breaking through the waters could be heard.

Three figures burst out of the water surface causing the water to explode and rise into the sky.

When it subsided, Hong Jun, Old Gu Tian and Old master Ye where standing at the shore.

"Clan master! You said we had to come back for something important. I wonder what it is that is far important than seeking for more opportunities to breakthrough in the ruins?" The old guys suddenly asked as they stood up feeling the familiar scent origin trees around them.

"What is the rush? Let's go back and you will know!" He said as he walked back with the glass pillar on his shoulder.

Clearly all his plans had something to do with this glass pillar. He might have taken the risks of continuing to explore the ruins had he not gained this pilar.

It was just that with the pillar, he could do more things and some of them where impossible in the past. How could he not see the benefits of this pillar and potential to speed up the development of the Hong clan.

He was already planing to set up a Hong City, and with how well things went, would not stop at anything to expand it outwards and grab more territory.

The premise of all this was the strength of the city and population rising. He didn't believe that in this massive world as long as his plan succeeded, he could lack source of population.

"In the next period of time, we should hurry up and set up things, as long as the Celestial Supression Pillar is used as a treasure to suppress the fortune of humans, was can rise and even talents for martial arts will be born in no time. With the pillar, even billions of origin trees can't compete." Hong Jun thought with a smile.

The current location of the Hong teritorry is barren and without resources for Immortal Cultivation. In the past, Hong Jun had already concluded that he would only have to guard against those birth parents of his.

It was a shame that over the years, the number of Qi cultivators that have been killed trying to mess with them does not decrease, but rather is increasing.

Hong Jun took the risk to visit the Ruins because he could see things clearly, and the golden liquid he collected from the pond was clearly taken with intention of cultivating more martial artists.

He was going to slowly handle this issue himself. But before that, he had to make some kind of deal with this two old men before him first.

It was just that as he was about to say something, he stopped himself and turned his head towards a certain direction. It was the region bordering the Wildlands. Even though it is called the wildlands, the place is nothing but forests. The forests are different from others places as the barbarians are the inhabitants. Unlike humans, barbarians have massive bodies and cultivate using desolate Qi.

Unlike spiritual energy, desolate Qi is even strange. Only barbarians and Qi cultivators don't interact and the reason for this is simple, they have nothing in common.

If there is a clan that has intersection with the barbarians, then it is the monster race. The barbarians hunt them down for their meat and blood, to act as energy supplement for their cultivation.

The feud of this two clans is something one can call eternal, as one deems the other as resource for cultivation.

It is not shocking as demon clan and monster clan views humans the same.

The reason Qi cultivators are even worse as they treat humans without spiritual roots worse than the demon and monster clan.

Standing on this territory, Hong clan can be said to be on the intersection of more than one race. The barbarians don't usually interact with humans in the slighest, as it is mostly not needed.

Just Hong Jun wasn't the only looking in that direction, as a massive phantom similar to Hong Jun's wife was rising.

He could see the massive face clearly, it was Su Qingqin.

"What a massive face!" He didn't say it out but kept looking. The reason for this was that he felt very familiar with that the power in that face.

"Isn't that similar to the pressure emitted by the spirit? Is that Su Qingqin's spirit? How come it resembles some avatar? No! I have to check out what is going on? If an enemy is attacking, then it would become difficult for Su Qingqin to handle things by herself with her cultivation."

With this thought, his figure took a step forward and rushed off towards the location.

Seeing him take the initiative to rush towards the direction, the two old men followed.

"What kind of trouble is clan master going to get involved in this time?" old man Gu said as he followed behind helplessly.

It was just that if Hong Jun heard the old ma's thoughts, he might end up fighting him to the end.

"How could I know what the clan master is thinking? Im more interested in what we witnessed just now!" Old Ye didn't forget to say this as his speed increased.

He was very curious about what was happening in the direction that Hong Jun was rushing.

"It seems that improvement in the grandmaster realm is not small." Hong Jun thought as he felt just hos fast and swift he had become.

That was not all, his body seemed to have inexhaustible energy circulating all over. Hong Jun's six senses had been magnified with his eyes having the biggest transformation.

He could see even further and clearlt, something that delighted him.

When he stopped moving, Gu Tian and Master Ye also arrived and stood beside him.

Looking into the distance, he could see a group of tall figures dressed in monster hides.

"Barbarian clan?" He recognized then the moment he lay hands on their dressing.

"`What! Barbarians? Impossible! Are you sure?"Gu Tian's and Old master Ye's expressions changed.
