The protagonist reincarnated as an Ultra Beast of Dragon/Fairy type. Officially named "Cyantherion" after his minor evolution.

A young and determined Pokémon Coordinator. She is the first human to meet Ryoung after his arrival.
[Professor Rowan]
A renowned researcher from the Sinnoh region. He analyzes Ryoung and gives him his official name.
[Johanna]
Dawn's mother and a former famous Pokémon Coordinator. Warm and nurturing, she quickly grows fond of Ryoung.
[Virelya]
The enigmatic and calculating leader of Team Vortex. She monitors dimensional anomalies and is intrigued by the fateful rift.
[Argos]
An elite agent of Team Vortex, sent by Virelya to investigate the space-time anomaly near Eterna Forest.
