The origin of werewolves remains a mystery to most, lost to time and buried in forgotten myths. But among the oldest tales, one speaks of the moon itself bestowing eternal power upon a single man. This man, touched by the moon's divine essence, gained the ability to shift forms—first into a creature half-beast and half-man, then into a monstrous wolf, and finally into his most feared form: the Lycan.
In his Lycan form, he possessed unthinkable strength and ferocity. But with his first bite, he passed on more than just his gifted—he passed on a spark. A spark of the Alpha.
It is said that only Alphas can ascend to the Lycan form. Those they bite, the Betas, can at best transform into giant wolves. Even that gift has grown rare over time. As centuries passed, it became harder for the bitten to achieve full transformation. To take the shape of a true wolf became a sacred trial—one must prove themselves worthy in the eyes of the moon.
Vampires
In an age long forgotten, before even the werewolves roamed the world, the moon forged another eternal being: the vampire. These beings were created to hunt and destroy demons.
The eldest vampire, known as the Eternal Vampire, bore the moon's blessing. To walk beneath the sun, their power radiant and undiminished. A few wielded unique powers such as compulsion, the ability to bend the will of others.
But not all vampires carried this gift with honor.
Curse Vampires.
The Cursed Ones, the Original Sinners—were born from a defilement of the sacred bloodline. Their mother, a vile entity, used the body of an ancient vampire who once held the power of compulsion. From her twisted union came the First Cursed vampires, and from them, a tainted bloodline.
These abominations were cast out by the moon's light. Unlike the true vampires, they burn under the sun, cannot enter homes without invitation, and are weakened by simple herbs. They are not divine creations, but shadows—monsters of hunger and hate.
They are the forsaken. The unwanted. And they will never know the moon's blessing.
Supernatural beings
Tales speak of beings—some born of the Moon, others of the Sun.
But not all hailed from light.
The rest, it is said, emerged from a deeper darkness.
Twisted creatures born of shadow, and others—artificial abominations—crafted by those who dared to play god, using their sacred gifts to create monsters.
These are the true origins of many supernatural beings: not divine, but defiant.
Not chosen, but cursed.
The Magic Casters
Those known as Magic Casters are believed to wield mana—an ancient gift once bestowed by the Sun itself.
Chosen by the celestial, these individuals were conduits of divine light, able to channel its radiance into the world.
But as the ages wore on, their kind grew scarce.
Now, only a scattered few remain—each bearing but a fragment of that once-pure power.
