Chapter 10 - Chapter 10 {Our Daughter Is Adorable}

Elizabeth led Viviana up the grand staircase, her excitement palpable as she guided her daughter down a long hallway lined with expensive artwork. She stopped in front of a set of ornate double doors and pushed them open, revealing a spacious and beautifully decorated bedroom.

"Welcome to your new room, sweetheart," Elizabeth said, her voice filled with pride as she gestured for Viviana to enter.

The room was a perfect blend of elegance and comfort, with a plush kingsized bed draped in silk linens, a luxurious sitting area with a velvet sofa and armchairs, and a massive walkin closet that was bigger than most apartments.

But what caught Viviana's eye was the large, ornate vanity in the corner. It was adorned with a collection of antique perfume bottles, jewelry boxes, and a silverhandled hairbrush. Elizabeth noticed her daughter's gaze and smiled.

"I had this vanity specially made for you," she explained, walking over to the vanity and picking up a delicate jewelry box.

"Open it," she urged, handing the box to Viviana.

Viviana carefully unwrapped the box, revealing a stunning diamond necklace. The necklace was a delicate chain of platinum, with a large, teardropshaped diamond pendant that sparkled in the light. It was a piece of jewelry fit for royalty.

"It's... it's beautiful," Viviana breathed, her fingers tracing the cool metal of the chain.

Elizabeth beamed with pride, taking the necklace from the box and stepping behind Viviana. She gently fastened the necklace around her daughter's neck, the diamond pendant resting just above her collarbone.

"There," she said, stepping back to admire the effect.

"It suits you perfectly."

Viviana touched the pendant, feeling the weight of the diamond against her skin. She had never owned anything so valuable, so exquisite. It was a reminder of the life she had been denied, the family she had never known.

"Thank you," she said softly, turning to face her mother.

"I..."

"My daughter mommy design this just for you! I know you like light baby pink so mommy designed this so don't say no to mommy!" Elizabeth said and kissed her daughter forehead she was so happy her daughter was so adorable!

Richard was on the phone he came out of his office and smiled when he saw his daughter and wife.

"Let's eat my daughter here is money for you to use, they is two hundred million yuan in it use it as you please if you want more tell daddy, oh yes and bought four penthouses, villas for you, and…" Richard was just bragging about what he got his daughter when Elisabeth pushed her husband away.

"Daughter mommy bought you ten cars, motorcycles, and a beautiful greenhouse!"

"Daughter which gifts do you like better!" The two parents asked. Viviana was speechless and overwhelmed with warmth and shyness.

"Both," she said innocently.

Viviana's eyes widened in shock and disbelief as she listened to her parents list off the extravagant gifts they had purchased for her. She couldn't believe the sheer amount of wealth and luxury that had been bestowed upon her in the span of a few minutes.

"Both?" Elizabeth repeated, her face lighting up with joy.

"Oh, my sweet daughter, you're so cute when you're shy!" she exclaimed, pulling Viviana into another hug.

Richard chuckled, slipping his arm around his wife's waist.

"Well, if she likes both, then she shall have both," he said, his eyes sparkling with affection.

"We'll take you to see your new homes and vehicles after dinner. For now, let's enjoy a meal together as a family."

As they made their way to the dining room, Viviana's mind reeled with the sudden change in her circumstances. She had gone from a lonely, neglected heiress to the center of a loving, wealthy family. It was a lot to process, but as she looked at her parents' smiling faces, she felt a warmth spreading through her chest that she had never felt before.

The dining room table was a feast for the senses, groaning under the weight of a lavish spread of dishes. There were steaming bowls of noodles, platters piled high with dumplings, and trays of exotic fruits and delicacies. The aroma of spices and herbs filled the air, making Viviana's mouth water.

As they sat down to eat, Elizabeth noticed Viviana's wideeyed gaze and smiled.

"I hope you're hungry, sweetheart," she said, ladling a generous portion of noodles onto her daughter's plate.

"Mommy made all your favorites spicy noodles, fried chicken, and even those milkshakes you love so much."

Viviana's stomach growled loudly, and she blushed, embarrassed by the noise. But her parents only laughed, their eyes crinkling with mirth.

Viviana eat much of the food she felt so hungry and Tun Tun devours the food as well. The two parents just watched their daughter eat happily. They missed 17 years of their daughter life, her first step; first word, by the looks how she acts the Ling Family must have not pampered their darling daughter! Elizabeth thinking about felt tears streaming down.

"My daughter the outside world must be so hard for you!" Elizabeth said as she put food on her plate and Viviana smiled gently. She did not think it was hard.

Viviana looked up from her plate, her cheeks flushed and her lips stained with the remnants of the spicy noodles. She saw the tears in her mother's eyes and felt a pang of sympathy.

"It wasn't so bad," she said, her voice soft and reassuring.

"I had... I had someone who looked out for me."

Elizabeth's heart ached at the thought of her daughter, alone and vulnerable in the world. She reached across the table and took Viviana's hand, squeezing it gently.

"You have us now," she said, her voice thick with emotion.

"We'll never let you go again. You'll never be alone again."

Richard nodded solemnly, his own eyes glistening with unshed tears.

"That's right," he said, his deep voice rumbling with conviction.

"You're home now, Viviana. And we'll make sure you want for nothing."

Viviana felt a lump form in her throat, overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and affection from her parents.
