"Silver, gold, and platinum...please explain, Minister Mehra..." Aryan asked curiously.
Hearing Aryan's request, Minister Mehra explained:
"Good! It's a bit like this. We will create a village cluster with 50+ villages."
"Silver Road will be the name of the micro road project inside the village."
"Gold Road will be the name of the roads that will connect with the Silver Roads to create a village cluster."
"And Platinum Road will be the road that will connect the village cluster with the NHs (National Highways)."
Aryan thought for a moment, and a new idea came to his mind, so he immediately said: "Minister Mehra, your plan is good. But I would like to add something."
"Oh, please tell me..." Minister Mehra asked politely. It is a bit interesting to hear about Aryan's new plan. He has seen Aryan come up with new plans many times with his own eyes, and every time, Aryan's plans have pleased him. So he hopes that this time, too, Aryan's plans will be even better.
Aryan explained slowly, "This is how it is."
"I agree with your previous plan of [they will build their own roads]."
"I want to start a project by which we will train one road engineer in each village. We will also send our government engineers. In each village cluster, we will have five government engineers, and the rest will be engineers from their villages."
"We will build roads like puzzle pieces. Half the cost, but double the speed."
"They will build, they will earn, and they will stay."
Minister Mehra stopped, and his eyes widened, wondering why this idea hadn't occurred to him. He thought for a moment and agreed.
Aryan said again, "We will build a multi-node rural hub at the junction of each village cluster and the platinum road. That hub will have a cold storage room, food processing unit, agricultural warehouse, training center where the villagers can learn which season to cultivate for better profit and production, the scientific method of cultivation, etc."
When Aryan looked at Minister Mehra and saw that he was stunned, he smiled and said, "Minister Mehra, there is still a lot of work to do. Let's build a new India. The world is building roads, and we will build civilization."
Minister Mehra raised his head and came to his senses, "Good, I'll make another report soon."

India, New Delhi, November 22, 1990.
Defense Minister Col. Rao said with excited laughter, "Sir, DRDO just handed us over eight Sahastra-Nets this morning."
(Sahastra-Net: Sahastra-Net is the name of the radio signal triangulation device. This device maps the direction, intensity, and movement of encrypted walkie-talkie frequencies. DRDO developed this device on the advice of Aryan. It can deploy in military jeeps, UVAs, and outposts.)
"The Special Operations Forces (RAW+IB+Army+Assam Rifles+RAW-trained Naga defectors) in Assam and Nagaland are awaiting your orders."
Defense Minister Col. Rao waited for Aryan's response.
Aryan fell silent, looked out the window at the setting sun, and said, "First, make sure that no harm comes to ordinary civilians. Then, ensure the safety of the soldiers, and finally, seal the surrounding borders and attack directly when night falls."
"Remember, we will have a second chance to destroy the militants, but there will be no second chance for those who lose their lives..."
Defense Minister Col. Rao responded politely, "Thank you."
Aryan's mood strengthened, and he no longer focused on official work for a while. An unknown silence reigned in Aryan's office.
"I don't know what will happen in the next few days..." He gently placed the pen on the table, leaned back in his chair, and muttered.

India, Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi, November 23, 1990, 10:45 AM
President Dr. Sivaprakashan Veeramani, a wish, moderate statesman, and a handful of people whom Aryan respects from the bottom of his heart, looked at the bill on his table.
He is a freedom fighter who followed Gandhiji. His education is a PhD in Political Philosophy. He was the former Governor of Karnataka, Chairman of UPSC, and Indian Ambassador to South Africa.
The President opened the file.
The file was the Industrial Licensing Amendment, 1990.
"Interesting!" President Dr. Sivaprakashan Veeramani smiled slightly and picked up his pen from the table.
"..."
On the other hand!
"There are no reports of what happened in Assam and Nagaland the night before... Although it is not possible to complete such a big mission in one night! Still, I hope everything ends in one night! India cannot bear much loss at this time..."
Aryan was sitting at the tea table on the balcony in his office. His face looked worried and troubled. He hoped he could go there and check everything by himself.
Suddenly, Defense Minister Col. Prithvi Rao entered Aryan's office with a smile on his face and said, "Sir, I think you might want to read this report."
Seeing Col. Rao's big smile, Aryan's heart felt lighter. He was secretly praying that everything would be fine.
He hurriedly took the report from Col. Rao.
Top Secret Mission - Operation Trinetra!
[1990, November 22, 7:53 PM, Operation Trinetra was launched. +108 insurgents neutralized. 5 ULFA commanders and 3 NSCN leaders confirmed KIA! No civilian casualties. The army suffered serious injuries but no deaths. Arms cache recovered. The region is now on high alert security by RAW, IB, Army, and local guardians.]
Seeing the army's 100% successful mission, Aryan took a deep breath and sat back in his chair with a smile on his face.
He had expected the mission to take two or three days to succeed and had prepared himself for the losses, but the outcome had exceeded his imagination.
"Col. Rao...you did well...thank you."
Aryan was so excited that no words came out of his mouth later.

After he confirmed the report, the system's robotic voice came. Aryan completely ignored the system's notification and negotiated with Col. Rao to suppress the news.
"Col. Rao, order all those involved in this mission not to spread the news to the general public. Restore the borders of Bangladesh, China, and Myanmar to their previous state. Provide skilled health workers to the civilians of Assam and Nagaland and make them understand that everything is over and a new day is about to dawn for them. Arrange whatever is needed immediately."
Aryan returned to his previous state and ordered Col. Rao.
Col. Rao nodded his head, then pushed for a moment and asked, "Sir, shouldn't we inform the opposition as well?"
"No, if they find out, it won't take long for it to spread among the public. The current situation is that the public will easily panic, and tension will arise in the country." Aryan nodded and explained.
"Good!"
Col. Rao understood Aryan's reason. Then, without asking more questions, he went back to his work and bid his farewell.
