My mind was filled with all the rubbish happened tonight . I am wide awake lying in my bed , it's 3 a:m I should probably sleep as I have to go to work tomorrow . it will be my first day but Daniel Fernandez just messed up my mind , so much that now I don't even have any craze left in me for my work .
Why does he behave that way..
" You wake up early , looks like someone is curious about her new job ", Anna looked at her while winking .
"Sleep ? , I did not even blink last night" , I didn't sleep whole night long but I was not tired at all nor I was feeling sleepy. Something keeps bothering me .
"Why , What is wrong with you , are you nervous about your first day", She gave me a wobbly smile and a worried look .
" NO , nothing " , I didn't want to tell her about the conversation I had with Daniel it's nothing so intimate but still I don't want to share it with anyone .
It's my very first day at my dream company , I try to look professional with my formal blue top , it has long flared sleeves , the skirt I paired it with was vintage beige one with a wide belt on my waist .
" You are wearing low heels sandals not heels " , Anna asked me while I was about to leave .
"Yes, It will be more comfortable". I leave the apartment , while I was crossing the street a random man come from behind.
" Daisy Crisanto ", he calls from behind , I look back I stop a almost perfect man. He is tall , Brown eyes , brown hairs and he is little tan and dressed like a businessman . He is giving the vibe of cool and hot boy at the same time ..
" Yes , Do I know you " , I took a step back from him.
" Hello . I am Chris Blaze , Director of The Kaizen Corporation and a friend of Daniel Fernandez " , he took his hand out for handshake and I also introduce myself . We walk together for the company , he tells me more about the company , it's rules , it's reputation and about other managers and directors.
We reach the company before I even realize , He was good with words ."
" Well Why do you think he call you here in this company , he can easily go with any other candidate, " , we Both entered the building and I was not shock to hear this question from him .
" Well , maybe I sound disrespectful but I think your friend is totally crazy . he literally said he like me when we have met only twice ", I was really frustrated about the last night .
" Oh God , It's Done " , He has a worried look in his eyes and was putting his hand over his head .
" What do you mean , What's done " , it's feels like my heart had stopped beating for a second .
" Let me tell you , Daniel is type of man who gets everything he wants. He never gave up on the thing he wants, if he had made up his mind to have you , he will do anything to keep to you by his side. " Chris gave me a look that means he is serious about the topic . He definitely knows what he is saying .
" I am not a thing . I am living person and I have my own choices " . My cheeks are turning red and it feels like the blood is gushing in my eyes . " I am not his servant or dog . I don't belong to anyone except for myself " .
" NO , you don't know him . He has only shown his soft side to you . I am his friend but sometimes his behaviour scares me also , his nature depends on his need " . Chris warning feels right ,
" I know his behaviour is kind of weird for me but I am not going to leave my job . I really need this job right now and I am not afraid of me So thanks for your concern but I will leave now I don't want to be late on my first day, ". I leave Chris on the main Entrance and follow my way towards elevator .
The elevator stops at 15th floor , I step out . " Miss. Crisanto " . A employee calls me from behind .
"What are you doing here, you should be at 25th floor in Mr. Daniel's office . He appoints you as his personal secretary ". He guides me towards at the elevator.
" What, Why . I applied to be an intern not his secretary" .I am not going to be his personal secretary . NEVER .
" You can talk about concern to Sir . We can't do anything ".
I entered in his office all furious and ready to kill him . " Hey , you can't do that I am not going to be your secretary not in this life "
" It's your choice either do it or leave the job " , He said casually .
He is getting on my nerves , I am so furious right now that I can literally murder him without using any weapon . but I like challenges .According to me if your work doesn't have risk then it's not worth of doing.
"I will do it and I will show you that you can't control everything around you .I will work with you, will disobeys and will do everything that irritates you " I took a step closer to him and challenged him .
" Sure , you can do whatever you want but on my watch " . He took a strand of my hair and put it behind my ear.
" You are not going out of my sight . I am never letting you go " .His voice is smooth and I can sense commitment in it .
He is crazy but I don't know why my heart is fluttering .
