PROLOGUE — Varkai, the Shatterworld
In the forgotten corners of the multiverse drifts a dying shard of creation—Varkai.
A place of fractured time and bleeding stars. Where shattered souls haunt the ash-strewn skies and storms of Genesis Pulse carve open the bones of forgotten worlds. Varkai is no longer a world in the traditional sense; it is a wound. A broken echo of what once lived and thrived, now rotting in silence.
Here, death is not the end—it is the beginning of something far worse.
Once, people believed the Genesis Pulse was a miracle—a gift of power, of rebirth. But in Varkai, it has become something else entirely. Wild. Hungering. Unforgiving.
Entire civilizations were consumed in its endless spiral of mutation and corruption. Now, only Fracta-Wielders survive, those rare souls who can command fragments of the Pulse without succumbing to it.
But even they walk the knife's edge.
This is not a story of heroes or legends. It is a story of broken things.
Of survival.
Of Vrakon—a forgotten soul, born weak, wandering the ruins without memory of what he once was…
And what he must become.

🌈 GENESIS PULSE — The Soulfire of All Things
The Genesis Pulse is the raw essence of creation—a force that binds soul, memory, and evolution together. In Varkai, it exists in fractured form, leaking into the world through storms, corrupted relics, and ancient ruins.
Not everyone can wield it. Fewer still survive the awakening.
When it awakens inside a person, their soul begins to resonate with a color—an emotional and spiritual hue unique to their truth. This color defines their evolution.
🔹 Known Genesis Pulse Colors (non-spoiler)
Crimson: Rage, survival, raw instinct.
Azure: Calm logic, memory, clarity.
Verdant: Growth, protection, resilience.
Obsidian: Death, decay, transformation.
Ivory: Hope, sacrifice, purity.
Gold: Ambition, leadership, truth.
Each color leads to a different path of growth—but the Pulse is volatile. Mutation is always a risk.
To wield Genesis Pulse is to gamble with your very soul.

☠️ PULSE-EATER BESTIARY — Shatterborn Monstrosities
They are not beasts. They are not corrupted animals. They are hunger, given shape.
When the Genesis Pulse leaks uncontrolled, it twists all it touches. What emerges are entities known as Pulse-Eaters: malformed creatures sustained by stolen echoes of soul and memory.
Some were once men. Others were born from the world's agony.
Not all are mindless. The strongest remember. And they hunt.
🩸 Classification by Realm Level
Lv. 1–2: Scourgers, Bonebeasts, Shardlings
→ Pack hunters, simple instincts. Common in ruinfields.
→ Bonebeasts: Skeletal creatures formed from pulse-burned bone and soul-thread. Fast, vicious, low intelligence.
Lv. 3–4: Echospawn, Maw-Creepers
→ Begin mimicking Fracta-Wielder traits. Some display tactics or lures.
Lv. 5: Hollowborn, Domain Aberrants
→ Rare. Anchor corrupted territory. Manifest pseudo-Domains.
Lv. 6–7: Wyrm-Echoes, Abyssum Minds
→ Myth-tier threats. Warp reality. Leave Pulse-scars in their wake. Often serve as apex predators or corruptive gods.
❓ Can Pulse-Eaters Be Killed?
Yes—but death isn't always the end.
Some Pulse-Eaters release Genesis bursts upon dying. Others reconstitute without ritual severance. A few... learn.
And the strongest? They evolve after every failure.
