Chapter 6 - CHAPTER 6: When The Street Hear Your Story

There's something powerful about a man who's been changed.

The streets know real. They know fake when they see it. They've heard a thousand empty words—but when a transformed man speaks, they stop and listen.

You don't have to be a preacher to preach.

Your life is the sermon.

Your scars are the evidence.

Your survival is your testimony.

Some of the best evangelists don't stand behind pulpits.

They sit on porches.

They walk through neighborhoods where they used to hustle.

They talk to the next generation because they know what's coming.

Paul used to terrorize Christians.

He was feared. Dangerous.

But then God flipped the script.

That same passion that drove him to destroy was redirected to build.

He didn't erase his past—he leveraged it.

It gave weight to his words.

It gave credibility to his calling.

You don't need to hide what God has redeemed. You need to share it.

Someone out there thinks they're too far gone—until they hear your story.

Someone is on the verge of making your same mistake—until they meet your miracle.

The streets need more than just sermons. They need evidence. Proof that God still changes people.

Proof that the same guy who once ran wild can now raise sons, love one woman, show up on time, hold a job, and pray with power.

That's real talk.

And it's not just about avoiding sin. It's about walking in purpose.

When your life is redeemed, it becomes relevant to others.

Your old neighborhood becomes your new mission field.

Your past becomes a blueprint for someone else's freedom.

Tell your story.

Even if it's messy.

Even if you're still healing.

Even if you don't feel qualified.

Because your honesty opens doors.

And your survival shows that God is not done with anybody.

Let the streets hear it.

Let the broken boys and fatherless sons hear it.

Let the girls trapped in chaos hear it.

You don't need to preach perfection.

Just preach redemption.

Preach what God did for you.
