Chapter 12: Oceans waves
They had their dinner without anyone talking. Aria was the first to break the silence, she complimented Flora on her cooking.
"Sister, do you attended a cooking school? Your food tasted better than those chefs in those big restaurants", Aria said sweetly.
She smiled before answering, "no, not at all, my mum was a good cook and she had thought me how to cook. I also have passion for cooking, so all these made me good in it".
"Wow, that's good to hear. I'll love to eat more of them from now on". She said holding Flora hands.
"No problem then". They smiled beautifully to each other.
Aria kept on bringing different topics which both of them kept on talking on.
"What about your parents sis?".
"My parents are dead", she replied sadly.
Aria felt sorry for mentioning it, she understood how painful it can be for one to lost his or her loved ones. "I am so sorry for that, I am sure they would be happy with you wherever they are", she tried consoling her.
Scott who was still sitting with them working on his phone sensed the sadness from his wife. He stood up and went to his study. Flora thought he was annoyed with her for talking about her dead parents, so she immediately changed her mood.
Scott picked his phone and called Max, he informed him to organize all the men tonight. "Let everyone gather tonight, I have something important to discuss with you all", he declared coldly.
"Okay boss, copy that", the other caller responded swiftly.
Scott ended the call and dialed Prum's number. "Speed your investigation on my wife's patent case. Before tomorrow evening, I want to hear something from you".
"Yes boss, I will". Prum knew his boss doesn't joke with his wife. So he knew he had to speed up his investigation process.
"Anyone who hurts my wife will surely pay for it. Get that girl who poisoned someone tonight, bring her to the cave, I'll deal with her".
"Okay boss". Scott cut the call and sat on his chair. He opened his system and resumed his work. As he was working, he was still worried about Flora, he thought of what to do to make her happy.

Back in their room, Flora had just lied down to sleep when Beauty message popped on her phone. It read, "Bestie, I'll be back tomorrow morning. Dress up at noon, I'll be taking you out to the beach, thanks for everything, goodnight and love you".
She replied to her message and slept off. Scott came into the room and found her sleeping. He went to take a cold bath and slept beside her, he watched how she slept, he tried touching her beautiful lips till he also slept off.
The next day, at noon, 2pm, Flora prepared to set out to the beach with her friend Beauty. She had informed Scott in the morning, before both of them left the house, and he had agreed.
"Bestie, I am in the car waiting for you", Beauty shouted from the phone. "Okay, please give me some minutes to clear my table", she replied.
"I am inside my car waiting for you, take your time, you own today". She rested her back on the car seat.
"Hmmm, thanks love".
After few minutes, Flora got in the car and they set off to the beach.
The ocean was far and deep that they couldn't see the end of it, wind blown from different angles created beautiful waves. The ocean waves was what both friends were staring at, several life experiences and memories flooded each friend's mind.
"Beauty, I am so sorry to break it to you just now, I am married". She looked down silently, ashamed to face her friend. "I never thought of hiding this to you, i just didn't understand how to and how you would accept it. I know we shouldn't be hiding things from each other, I am sorry bestie".
Beauty went silent for a while, she was amazed and didn't know what to say in return. "Hmmm, it okay. I know you would have tell me, but I believed you have your reasons known to you. My main concern is for you to be happy". She said and immediately she changed her tone to a playful one. "
"So who is this lucky guy? The one you've been hiding from me all these while", she stood up staring at Flora.
"It just hmmmm". It took a while before she responded and lifted up her head. "Silver Scott. I am married to him".
"What? Which Silver Scott?", Beauty couldn't believe her ears.
"Same one in City B, youe ex boyfriend's friend". She responded.
"Huh? How come it is him. Baby tell me, how did it happen, from now on, promise you won't hide anything from me". She rushed back sitting beside her.
"Bestie, I know there is no point hiding anything from you. We have known each other for a long time now, I'll explain everything to you". She narrated how Scott had approached her for a contract marriage till how his younger sister had treated her when she came back yesterday.
"Wow, I can see his family loves you. So why haven't you inform him about Arthur since he had given you the warning of being careful with them?", she requested.
"I just felt I shouldn't bother him. Morever, he didn't try harming me".
"No baby, you have to let him no. Even though both of you are in a contractual marriage, your safety is not to be toiled with uhn. So please inform him". Beauty suggested.
"Okay bestie, I will". Flora smiled and was grateful for having a friend and sister like her.
"Are you sure he doesn't have any feelings for you? With everything you have told me, including his attitude towards you", she stood up again, picking and throwing stones into the ocean.
"He doesn't, what are you thinking baby? This marriage is just for a while, no feelings attached, huh?". She responded trying to convincing her friend.
"Okay then. Come join me with this fun", she laughed and called her to stand up. Both of them took stones and threw them into the ocean.
Aria had just got home after visiting a friend. When she asked the servants at home about her sister in law, they told her she had went out. So she called her big brother to ask for his wife whereabouts.
"Hello big brother, where are you and where is sister in law?", she asked as she was looking for something in her room.
"I am at work, your sister in law went out with her friend to the beach", Scott replied her while he stopped working.
"Can I go join her?", she asked excitedly and stopped what she was doing.
"Hmm, let me inform her first. I'll get back to you".
"Okay big brother, thanks bye". She ended the call, went into the bathroom to take her bath, expecting her big bro to call her back soon.
While the two friends were busy throwing stones, running and shouting playfully at the beach, Flora's phone rang. Looking at the screen, it was her husband, Scott.
Scott had told her about Aria's request and she had accepted for her to come.
"Nice, I can see your sister in law is a stalker". Beauty said to Flora.
They both laughed, "ohh and she isn't bad. You will like her, she has a good fashion sense just like you and she is so cool to vibe with".
"Okay Mrs Silver, I'll believe you", Flora laughed out again.
When Aria got the reply she had been waiting for from her big brother, she took her car and drove off to where Flora was.
"Sister in law!!!", someone called Flora from afar.
"Aria, come over here", she signaled for her to come.
Aria walked up to them, she could see her friend with her. "Wow, isn't this the new design in Mexico now?" Beauty asked Aria checking out her cloth.
"Yeah, my bad, but please how did you know? She asked her too.
"Sorry, nice to meet you. I am Beauty, Flora's bestie and a fashion business owner". She responded shaking hands with her.
"Nice meeting you too. I am Aria, your bestie's sister in law, I am also a fashion business owner here in City B ". Her response awed Flora and Beauty.
Ohh, why won't a whole Silver egg knows about the trends or couldn't afford getting the latest things, Beauty thought. "Ohh, but your sister in law never told me you are into my line of work, I would have told her to bring you along immediately ".
Both of them were excited, smiling at each other, leaving Flora aside. "Heyyy, I'll like to learn more from you big sis". Aria said and they hugged each other.
They started discussing about the fashion world and each shared their experiences overseas. Flora cleared her throat and interfered, "I guess two people of the same hobby and the sane world had met themselves, so I am opted out from their world". She said almost crying.
"Sister in law, don't say that. I had promised my big brother that I will always make you happy", she said and held her hands. Beauty and Aria surrounded Flora, the three ladies stated laughing together.

"I heard you are capable to commit a gracious sin, is that true?". Cylene sat down at a Cafe, where people cannot easily see her. She was with a young man dressed all black.
"Yes madam. Just tell me what you want me to do and I'll deliver even more than what you'd expect". He responded with a grave tone.
His voice was hardly heard but Cylene could catch his words, she felt uncomfortable because his breath was really stinking from tobacco's smoke.
"Here is the person I want you to deal with. Rape her and spoil her reputation, make sure there is a video evidence to show of your actions. I'll pay you some money now, when the work is done, I'll balance you". She quickly explained to him what she wanted, she gave him a picture of her step daughter, Flora.
"I want a neat job, there should be no mistake if you want a full payment. I think that's all". She said and was about leaving.
"Okay, when did you want this to be executed?". He asked her
"That, I'll inform you. Just await my call this week, bye". She said and left, avoiding anyone from seeing her.

At Regime cave ground...
Different men were seen present in a dark wide room with a small reflection of light. There was a lady screaming and shouting. She was tied with a rope, several parts of her body were bruised, blood was coming out from her mouth. It was Chloe, who had escaped with the aid of Flora that night.
She was brought for questioning for poisoning one of their men, who happened to be her boyfriend. The gang saw her as a spy from Rainford troop, Silver Arthur gang. With their investigation, she was actually a spy sent by Arthur to set a trap for Scott.
Scott smirked before talking, "What courage did you think you have to trap me? Not only that, you came in form of a lover to kill one of my men". He sat down on the only chair present in the room, his hands dripping of someone's else blood.
Chloe with the only little eye sight she had left, saw the blood on his hands. She knew she was done for, she knew this merciless man would never spare her for harming one of his men. She just kept on listening, waiting for when to be killed.
"I won't be the one to end your life, you are not in the level for me to do that. It's your boss I have duel with. If he is courageous enough, he should show up by himself. The rats he had been sending are too easy for my men to feed on".
"Dragon". Scott called out one if his men. "Yes sir, make sure she doesn't see the next break of the day. I hate wasting time". He said coldly.
"Yes boss", Dragon answered and immediately brought out his gun and shoot her thrice on the head.
Scott stood up, immediately, everyone bowed, except for his friends and younger brother, Mareed Michael, Mart Roy, James Gad and Silver Mason. They were all in the same circle, each with their own positions in the game, though they still regard him as the boss in many ways.
Scott knew Micheal had liked his wife since the day they saw her at the bar, he had gotten information on how he had given her a ride and how she had some contact with his company.
"One more thing, I am now married". Everyone looked shocked on hearing this, why would boss mention that here all of a sudden, doesn't he abhors women? Boss is married? Who is this courageous woman?, everyone was dying to know.
"Her name is Ryain Flora, I am saying this so that no one will hurt her, either from her or from outsiders. Also, no one should have any weird feelings for my wife because she is mine alone and I want you all to respect her. If not, you know what I can do". As he said this, he left the room.
Everyone who didn't know about this before kept on looking at themselves. Michael was surprised Scott had been married to Flora, he knew he was indirectly talking to him, to stay away from her.
